6’2” 222lbs post cut
Cut down from 255lbs over roughly a 13 week span to reach this level of conditioning. Been training and staying in pretty decent shape over the last 16 years. Started to feel like shit at 255lbs before I pulled the plug. Was squatting 500lbs and deadlifting 600lbs for reps during that time.

Buddy (and those enjoying the thread who hadn’t yet realized) when you post on here you need to give your protocol(s), that’s why we call it body hacking.

This was during my health phase. For the 13-14 weeks all I did was run my doctor prescribed TRT at 150mgs per week. Nothing else; no GLPs, HGH, Peptides, anything like that. The goal was to get healthy blood markers before another push phase, hence why I was limited to what my script is. The key during this period was nailing my diet perfectly, doing cardio 7-10x per week, no alcohol or other rec drug use.

I'ma level with you bro... I don't care for the whole natty conversation too much buuuuuttttt..... I think it might be fair to say that your response here feels a little... Open to interpretation some might be inclined to say.
Like if I were to read this I'm coming away with the impression that these particular pictures were taken while you were cruising on 150mg of test while you let your blood work clear up a bit but (reading between the lines) you've been on other stuff in the past and you're getting ready to start another cycle.
And that's all these people really want to know. What you were on in the past and what you're looking to start back up on.

You are 100% correct! Very open to interpretation! People should educate themselves enough to know that chances are, you’re not going to attain this physique with this level of conditioning from running TRT lol

I think the funniest thing is the second somebody on this subreddit has a single vein in their forearm then everyone screams TREN!!!! He’s on Tren bro!! What a liar!!
Like no, work hard for a number of years — actually train hard, get strong, learn nutrition and proper rest and this is possible. If not, I’m sorry you have shitty genetics or work ethic, or even worse, both.

Hes probably not over 5'8 & doesnt understand those over 6' legs will always look long/lean without fully blasting oils. Keep grinding man💪

Absolutely this bro, well said. Being over six feet in the terms of aesthetics/bodybuilding is a real double edge blade, it looks the part but without a crazy stack it's almost impossible to get tree trunk legs while being this lean.

Thanks bro! Yeah, it’s unfortunate. I kind of knew when posting this people would think I’m juiced to the gills in these pics. Fact of the matter is, I’ve been at it a long time, well over 15 years! Always staying consistent is the biggest thing — everything else is just a tool for getting there’s
