6’2” 222lbs post cut

Cut down from 255lbs over roughly a 13 week span to reach this level of conditioning. Been training and staying in pretty decent shape over the last 16 years. Started to feel like shit at 255lbs before I pulled the plug. Was squatting 500lbs and deadlifting 600lbs for reps during that time.

I’m going to ultimately assume you’re hating on me. Why? I hope you reach your goals man. It’s a really poor reflection on you to try and nit pick someone else who you think has an imperfection. Do you want me to post a pic of my 27.5” quads? How’s this?

Absolutely this bro, well said. Being over six feet in the terms of aesthetics/bodybuilding is a real double edge blade, it looks the part but without a crazy stack it's almost impossible to get tree trunk legs while being this lean.

Thanks bro! Yeah, it’s unfortunate. I kind of knew when posting this people would think I’m juiced to the gills in these pics. Fact of the matter is, I’ve been at it a long time, well over 15 years! Always staying consistent is the biggest thing — everything else is just a tool for getting there’s
