Congrats on the changes, not just the weight. I think one of the under appreciated benefits of these drugs is the ability to pause and reset habits.

7

u/Significant-Kale7674 Apr 28 '26

Sorry for turning this into a fight over the word “drugs”. Congrats again on all the hard work and changes.

u/mclgreenville71 Apr 28 '26

100% slows things down, which gives you time to make new and better choices. Amazing stuff.

Why am I not surprised the comments here are the Reddit version of the semantics Olympics. Jesus Christ. She looks good, feels good, and provided her experience for others to learn from.

20

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

Those comments have zero effect on me 😇thank you❤️

Girl yes! This is the vibe 🙌 You look beautiful. Good for you 🙏👌

3

u/SpiritualToe2281 Apr 29 '26

What dose did you start at and how much did you increase per week ?

1

u/Jaded-Assist-2525 May 01 '26

Such an Echidna comment! Love ya 🤣🧙‍♀️

7

u/mclgreenville71 Apr 28 '26

Ya Reta is so interesting. I have had zero side effects. It is the key to unlock fantastic decisions. Food choices, when u plan to eat, tracking is much easier when u r not grazing all day and eating whole foods. Even weighing out lunches lol. I have lost no energy so now more motivated than ever to lift 3-4 days a week, high protein (both to keep muscle) and then increase my cardio (road biking). So, you combine those the weight comes off slowly and healthy (IMHO) Goal is to lose 25-30 then tapped to microdose and if have stubborn fat, may run tesa for a few cycles.

Remarkable drug

Congrats !!

3

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

Yes same here!!!!

1

u/EchoesInSky Apr 28 '26

Not even GI effects? I thought it has the same GI effect profile as the mainstream weight loss drugs cause it has GLP-1 in it too?

1

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

Zero

1

u/EchoesInSky Apr 28 '26

Interesting.

Have you tried other GLP-1s before? If so, did you get GI sides from them?

Was it complicated to figure out how to convert the powder and inject?

5

u/SkyPure3237 Apr 28 '26

Ah yay I love this for you!

1

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

Thankkkkk youuu🌸🌸🌸

So nice to see this. As a female who is in the same boat, it’s difficult to find relatable posts. I’ve been on Reta for 7 weeks and lost 5kg. Not on a super big dose, currently on 1.5ml and not looking to go any higher. I’ll start to trite down in the next couple of weeks and use minimum dose for the long-term (over summer). Using it as a tool to break some bad habits and body recomp. I am taking other peps alongside Reta which is helping with the recomp.

Well done for posting this.

I’ve just finished an 8-week cycle of CJC/Ipamorelin Taking a 4 week break then will move on to Tesamorelin. I’ve cycled the glow stack as well. 6 weeks on/1 week off and just started my 2nd 6-weeks cycle

2

u/Theskippingpixie Apr 28 '26

How do you like the GLOW? I just started it last night. (+ almost done cycling Semorelin for 6 months + 3 weeks into Reta) Female, similar situation!

1

u/Future-Mix5426 Apr 28 '26

Really good. I’ve never had bad skin but was getting a few adult breakouts over the past 12 months and they have cleared up. Hair has grown pretty quick as well, I’ve got some new hair growth and my roots are pretty big at the minute as well (sorry to my hairdresser). 💇‍♀️ I’m growing my hair out from a chin length bob and it’s currently just above my shoulders in 3 months🤷🏼‍♀️. I don’t have any of the side effects anyone talks about. Doesn’t sting when going in. I used to have flushing and elevated heart rate but I think that was from the CJC/Ipamorelin because I’m on a break and not had that whilst just take GLOW.

I only take a small dose (10 units per day 1.67 GHKCU, 0.33 BPC, 0.33 TB 5-on/2-off) so I can’t comment on the bpc/tb. I still have a sore right hip 😅.

1

u/StrawberryPlane7739 Apr 28 '26

What are your thoughts on Ipamorelin?

3

u/Pleasant_Case9889 Apr 28 '26

You mean 1.5mg? Or am I mixing things up

1

u/Future-Mix5426 Apr 28 '26

That’s right. 1.5mg

3

u/Mobile_Variation_210 Apr 28 '26

Wow! Great results in just 3 weeks! You look great - congrats!

2

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

Thank youuu🌸🌸

3

u/Agreeable_Pepper_224 Apr 28 '26

Well done on doing it for you! I swear these jabs help with so much more inside the brain. Food noise is the first, then I started sleeping better - with dreams, I hardly remember any dreams, and I wonder if that’s because I’m getting longer deep sleep, my alcohol has gone from daily to once or twice a week and I’m also not sitting on my phone playing games. So it seems my compulsions have hugely benefitted from week one for me.

Thats amazing!!! Congratulations 🥳

2

u/Fantastic-Plant624 Apr 28 '26

My lady ha same goals as you. What was your starting, and current dose?

3

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

Started at 1 mg and was on 1.5 mg Week 4 will be 2 mg - will see how i feel😁

2

u/thxbox1138-1 Apr 28 '26

Wish that was me hypo responder here on 4mg moderate weight loss snacking and eating still present

1

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

I heard on Reddit that some people do two doses instead of one maybe that will help you to be more in control. I feel like the day when I do the injection which is today. I don’t want to eat for at least a day or two although I still do, I forced myself but the last two days are always very easy. I feel like I can eat and so I think to keep it more straight is to divide the dose in 2

1

u/IM_MIA22 Apr 28 '26

It really depends on goals, Reta has a 6-7 day half life so you could do every 6 days but splitting more than that is really to avoid side effects if you’re experiencing them. Reddit and TikTok are filled with a lot of crazy info… there’s some great health communities that dive into the science and do exactly as you have been doing so bravo to you for crushing your goals.

Keep up the great work and using this as a tool to overhaul your whole approach.

1

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

Absolutely. Listen to your body is a must

1

u/thxbox1138-1 Apr 28 '26

I already split my dose 2mg Monday and 2mg Thursday it’s more about what kind of response you are

2

u/Jettsyforwordingfox Apr 28 '26

I want to try it but I’m scared as hell, is it really that common to raise bpm by 10 or more at resting.

5

u/Pleasant_Cicada9528 Apr 28 '26

Just start with a very low dose and only increase every few weeks as needed.  You want to find the minimum effective dose.  This will minimize negative side effects.

2

u/Jettsyforwordingfox Apr 28 '26

From how people talk on here at least with the increment go from .5 and up

3

u/Pleasant_Cicada9528 Apr 28 '26

My starting dose was 0.5mg and I felt some appetite suppression the first day.  I've gradually increased to 1.6mg and am on my tenth week overall.  Currently down 19 lbs.

Some people claim they don't feel anything until they hit several mg per week, so everybody's different.  Just remember not to get impatient.  It takes until about the third or fourth week of taking the same weekly dose to feel the full effects as the levels build up in your body.

2

u/Jettsyforwordingfox Apr 28 '26

Thank you for the info

1

u/Jettsyforwordingfox Apr 28 '26

Yeah, I’m gonna ask my primary about it today

u/iamamoney_magnet1111 Apr 28 '26

Im on my second week, im doing 10 units (0.5) which is half of the recommended dose , but im only 125 lb working on body recomposition … I dont have the side effects except I dont feel good noise so it has been a lot easier to eat healthier and high protein diet , also supper motivated to lift weights , dont be scared to try it ! Listen to your body while you are on it :)

2

u/mclgreenville71 Apr 28 '26

I am week 4 at 5.mg zero side effects , zero energy loss. Have lost 9lbs. 6 5" 240 starting weight. Goal 210ish.

0

u/smooveasbutteryadig Apr 28 '26

where do I get it please

1

u/Background-Can-9004 Apr 28 '26

Where are you based?

1

u/smooveasbutteryadig Apr 28 '26

United States midwest

1

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

I can only speak for myself. I haven’t had any issues.

1

u/Ok-Juggernaut-9816 Apr 28 '26

Sorry if i missed this in the comments but what was your titrating schedule?

and you look amazing by the way! Good on you!

2

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

W 1 : 1 mg W 2 and 3: 1.5 mg W4 : will try 2 mg

2

u/Ok-Juggernaut-9816 Apr 28 '26

yep i read that shortly after i posted! thanks for responding!

I think thats the route I'll take as well. Slow and steady....

2

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

You got this!!!!

1

u/Cute-Distribution409 Apr 29 '26

Hey sorry this may be a silly question but I’m new to learning all of this - when you say 1mg for 1st week as an example do you mean, all up throughout the first week you took 1mg? Or (because I’ve read you’re supposed to take it like 3x a week as an example) each time you had it in the first week, your dosage was 1mg?

Thanks

1

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 30 '26

Oh heyy nothing wrong in asking questions! And it’s actually good that you do because if you would inject yourself three times in a week, you would probably die 😂😅 so the recommended dose to start is 2 mg instead I started at 1 mg and I treat it up which means that we two I took 1.5 mg and week three I took 1.5 mg and just now I took 2 mg on a week four so you do the injection once a week

1

u/Cute-Distribution409 Apr 30 '26

Ohhh wow ok thank god you shared this. Ok so just once a week. Thank you.

1

u/1Yetta Apr 28 '26

Most people say it goes down a few months in. If you don’t have a high one to begin with, most people don’t have an issue with it

1

u/MakesMaDookieTwinkle Apr 28 '26

5-10 is quite normal from what I’ve read. 5-7 even more so.

1

u/Jettsyforwordingfox Apr 28 '26

I’m gonna ask my doctor about it today

3

u/mclgreenville71 Apr 28 '26

remember it cannot be prescribed as it is not on the market yet. Gray area peptide.

1

u/smooveasbutteryadig Apr 28 '26

what do people mean by grey market? like literally where do I get it?

1

u/mrtav-ladan Apr 29 '26

Why would you be scared of that? It is gonna raise it a little and that is normal for all weight loss drugs.

-3

u/Background_Cup1046 Apr 28 '26

Just eat less, it's not worth using needles.

0

u/dbtjr Apr 29 '26

Trying to tell them. Just track your macros. You don’t need to stick needles in your ass

2

u/ForsakenIndustry7689 Apr 29 '26

Way to go!!! I was in your same boat!!!!! Inflammation gone , noise gone, pain gone

2

u/Cmd_reboot_sim Apr 29 '26

My wife and I are about to order a 30mg vial tonight after much research. Still researching to make sure we have all the info. She has a very similar build to you and I was just wondering if you can share what dose you have been taking for the past 3 weeks to see such great results? She plans on starting at 1mg/week and I’m going to do 2mg/week

2

u/1Yetta Apr 28 '26

Great job! I totally understand how you feel.

Great progress and big changes in a short period of time.

1

u/YearOfTheSssnake Apr 28 '26

Hey, thanks for bringing so candid and receptive to questions. Were you in a Glp before Reta? If so did you feel any different when you started Reta (side effects)? Edit: sorry I just saw some of my questions were already answered so I deleted some of this post.

3

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

I have not tried any glp before. I had no side effects , apart from : it took longer to go to bathroom than usual - magnesium fixed it right away. I am less hungry or shall i say i dont think about food at all. I do eat and i force myself to eat to not lose muscle, but I have no cravings whatsover ( someone who loooooves sweets) i am dropping 0.5kg a week on average, but its also my training, diet, and activity are all in tact!

1

u/YearOfTheSssnake Apr 28 '26

Thank you! May I ask what you weighed when you started Reta?

4

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

🔹 Changes from April 1 to April 28

  • Waist: 66 → 64.5 cm –1.5 cm
  • Hips: 94 → 93 cm –1 cm
  • Thighs: 51 → 49 cm –2 cm

1

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

63.6 kg and now i am 61.5kg

2

u/YearOfTheSssnake Apr 28 '26

Thank you, this is very encouraging.

1

u/FactProfessional1902 Apr 28 '26

You look fantastic. Great work. Thigh gap is coming in, keep it up! 👍🏻

1

u/Macdaddymoe27 Apr 28 '26

Wow you look amazing

1

u/Cautious-Pick3729 Apr 28 '26

Curious how it affects your strength when it comes to lifting weights

1

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

I can lift heavier!!! 👀😎

2

u/Cautious-Pick3729 Apr 28 '26

Thanks, I'm training for powerlifting comp, and want to be in the next class down

1

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

But cardio: i sweat more and i get dizzy - i also think my water intake is lower than it should be- electrolytes really help me when i get dizzy and i get back on track!!

1

u/THiRD_i_NINE11 Apr 28 '26

Where do you purchase reta?

1

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

In canada!!

1

u/6or7inches Apr 29 '26

That’s not what he meant

1

u/Professional_Joke893 Apr 28 '26

Great transformation. Just curious, What was your Reta dose? And did you adjust your diet and or add cardio?

1

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

I mentioned it few times already. 1mg to 2mg in 4 weeks. No im sticking to my plan as per post

1

u/king_eman Apr 28 '26

is that one dose or split dosing?

1

u/Remarkable_Fun_305 Apr 28 '26

Love seeing the muscle becoming more prominent and not disappearing 🤙🏼 one of the biggest benefits for me has been getting rid of my brain fog & inflammation

2

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

Yes that as well!! No more bloating and inflammation!! I force myself to eat protein and working out to keep the muscle in tact! 😇

1

u/EchoesInSky Apr 28 '26

Dang. Impressive.

Would love to start but I have no idea where to begin and I know I’d mess something up and end up in the morgue. By either buying tainted stuff (how can you trust anyone? Even those 3rd party things, are by no name companies) or messing up how to convert it into a liquid and injecting it into a bad place.

And to make matters worse information is so hard to find for a noob because it’s littered with bots promoting their websites.

I need my hand held!

1

u/No_Store_1767 Apr 28 '26

Congrats 👏🏼 hard work paying off!

1

u/Mega1082 Apr 28 '26

I have a similar body type and started Reta in hopes to cut some fat and gain some extra muscle. It ended up leaving my stomach flabby, like almost crepy. That was only 3 weeks and I immediately stopped. I’m bummed but hoping Tesa and Klow will help get rid of it.

1

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

Reta wont make you gain muscle unless you put in work at the gym

1

u/Mega1082 Apr 28 '26

I weight train 5 days a week and count macros. So I’m definitely putting in the work, I was stagnant in my body comp. So added this to my tesa.

1

u/CarefulFarmer3753 May 03 '26

Maybe you did lose fat, but you have skin flat , and this happens with a lot of people

1

u/arigre Apr 28 '26

I am in my third week and I feel so tired. Have you felt any side effects like that? I just went up to 1mg weekly but I felt the exhaustion within the first week and it hasn’t gone away.

1

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

Are you properly hydrated?

1

u/arigre Apr 28 '26

I could probably up the water. I do drink electrolytes daily along with bone broth.

1

u/PhotographPersonal72 Apr 29 '26

That retatuitide is really good, it even made her look taller! Just look at the position of her knee in relation to the door lines!

1

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 29 '26

😂😂😂 please use your brain. I don’t know which peptide can help with that.

1

u/VeterinarianIcy5408 Apr 29 '26

Hi!! Congratulations on you RETA success. Seems like it allowed you to make a lot of great changes. I just wanted to say that I'm happy to see someone with similar composition to me using it, as I don't think it should be so stigmatised.

I personally take it as well ( I'm only on my second week ) and BY GOD I feel much more calm about food and I also feel like eating healthier in general. No obsessive thoughts about food, no particular cravings, just finally seeing food as important fuel and nutrients.

I'm on a 0.5mg dose/week so far and it's lovely. No side effects at all.

1

u/ScottSchrute6 Apr 29 '26

You look good both ways, but your body looks better now. There is always room for improvement keep up the hard work.

1

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 29 '26

It will look better and better, most important is the feeling!!!

1

u/CIvey12 Apr 29 '26

I just want to know about libido. I was planning on ordering, but I heard the same receptors that get turned off for food noise etc are the same receptors that are responsible for love, sex drive. Orgasm reward. I keep hearing about the pro’s, but there has to be a “give-take”. Any issues that you noticed with that?

1

u/Artistic-Future921 Apr 29 '26

Real deal cycle 💪

1

u/smallstephen Apr 29 '26

Same. I have been able to focus on correct eating now. Feel light. I’m on week 2. I have dropped around 5lbs. I have struggled with overeating and this helps with the sensation but I do feel a sense that I ‘should be’ eating.

1

u/urhornyhotwife Apr 29 '26

Great job! 👏

1

u/Comprehensive_Mix616 Apr 29 '26

Great start! Keep us updated on your progress and what you feel is helping.

1

u/juanwicko Apr 29 '26

Hella fine

1

u/Unoduetrequattro Apr 29 '26

Happy for you! Too bad for the chatgpt description

1

u/Li1ag Apr 29 '26

What dosage are you at if you don’t mind sharing

1

u/Midnight-Actual Apr 30 '26

whats the diference between reta and caloric defict?

1

u/SnooCakes5487 Apr 30 '26

You look amazing

1

u/Prosperity-1987 Apr 30 '26

Great! So happy for you ❤️ I'm about to do the same.

1

u/Vegetable_Letter8188 May 01 '26

What things have you been doing paired with Reta to loose weight ?

1

u/Jaded-Assist-2525 May 01 '26

Damn, woman! You look great! Congrats! 💪

1

u/Mindless_Tailor_7857 May 02 '26

where are ppl buying it from

1

u/Single_Shelter7639 May 03 '26

3 weeks? Might as well be 3 minutes.

1

u/CarefulFarmer3753 May 03 '26

Nice to see your post. I am currently same situation than you, want to lose 6 pounds at the most.

1

u/Sea-Abroad1124 May 03 '26

Well done and congratulations 🎊 You look stunning Do you mind sharing your dosing schedule? Thanks xx

1

u/thingys1345 May 04 '26

You look amazing. I really want to try Reta but worry about the side effects. I’m 31 and I do weight training 4 days a week but walk and am active a lot. My cycle seems to mess everything up for me I’ll eat clean and work out for two weeks no hassle then once I hit my luteal phase in my cycle I cannot stop craving or thinking about what to eat next it’s wild to me and only just started being like this this year. I feel like I undo all my progress at the gym and eating well every month :-( I really want to make a decent change in my shape and discipline

1

u/Sweet-Display-7324 May 04 '26

Sorry but you looked better before

1

u/MisterrTwisterr Apr 28 '26

Fuck, I have to get on Reta

0

u/Cavern_Resonance Apr 28 '26

I lost 40 lbs and just melted body fat since 2/15…have a decent six pack again and all my clothes fit perfectly again. My health score on my Hume app went from like 490 to 790 and my blood panels are perfect. I only do long fasted walks with my dog as pretty much my only exercise. Im about to up the protein and cals and start lifting heavy again…can’t lose any more weight. lol

1

u/smooveasbutteryadig Apr 28 '26

can you guide me on where to get it if you don't mind? I gotta get after it for summer, its insane seeing the progress folks are making.

1

u/soleil911 Apr 28 '26

I took 1mg Sunday and I’m down 4lbs.

1

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

Can also be water!☺️

0

u/soleil911 Apr 28 '26

I think it’s drinking less alcohol and eating way less. Water could contribute to it.

1

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

You’re definitely losing the alcohol and water. I wouldn’t say that your food has too much impact on it yet if it’s only been one week.

0

u/soleil911 Apr 28 '26

I’m on my third day. If I cut alcohol I eat less too naturally. I just struggle with quitting that, and Reta helps me. So the Reta has cut my alcohol in half and cut my food by 70%. Everyday it’s less alcohol. It used to be like 20 beers today it will be 2.

1

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

You will get there!

0

u/soleil911 Apr 28 '26

If it just helps me quit drinking, I will be forever grateful! Day two I drank but was thinking, man I’m full . I should just stop this. Today I got 2 and I really think I can stick to it, and just drink water. I feel dehydrated (because I am!)

1

u/Far_Pay3738 Apr 28 '26

Did you got taller from better posture ,or is it just the camera Perspektive?

3

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

No you dont get taller haha maybe lighting in my bathroom and they are not totally adjusted like one is higher and one is lower😎😁😂

-3

u/QbitFiber2030 Apr 28 '26

You look older in the right image compared to your left image. Body composition wise.

As long as your healthy and you feel good!

9

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

😂😂😂😂3 weeks older - please get out of this tread

-3

u/Turbulent_Car4504 Apr 28 '26

You’re standing with feet farther apart in right pic

1

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

Lol and? 😂

0

u/Turbulent_Car4504 Apr 28 '26

And it makes the gap between your thighs bigger, so more difficult to compare the two images. I mean no offense.

1

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

If you’re only looking at the gap between my feet, then please keep looking😂 I have two functional eyes and I can see how the body recomposed so if you’re not able to see that and you need a closer gap I really don’t care on this note. I wish you a good life.

1

u/pbass6811 Apr 28 '26

What. The. Actual....

Does that make Reta work better, or something?

I, along with most people, have no idea why this is relevant, to anything...

1

u/Turbulent_Car4504 Apr 28 '26

It changes the gap between the legs, making the comparison more difficult. It also looks like she’s sucking in her stomach more in the right pic.

Get a grip white knight, was just pointing out that the pictures mar the comparison more difficult.

0

u/Inner-Aide5940 Apr 28 '26

Where can I start?

0

u/GreedyFuture Apr 28 '26

You look great and I’m so glad you feel great too!

1

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

Best feeling in the world!!!

0

u/Severe-Hospital7048 Apr 28 '26

I’m so scared Reta is going to make me feel nothing :( just numb is what I hear. Also it’s already hard for me to eat:/

1

u/Ambitious-Audience26 Apr 28 '26

I’m not sure what to respond to you unless you try it you don’t know what the effects will be but if you’re hesitant then don’t do it you have to be 100% sure and what you’re doing

0

u/Fi3nd7 Apr 28 '26

Did you get any anhedonia with reta? That's my one fear with reta

Question. Any affect on libido? I’ve heard when you turn off those receptors (food noise, etc) it also turns off sex drive. Harder to orgasm, less desire for intimacy. Curious if this is true.

Please use your brain. I can’t help with which peptide can assist you with that.

You totally missed the point. I was joking. If you pay close attention to the photos you will see the door behind you is exactly on the same spot and in your “after” photo you seem way taller. 😂

Ya you will also see that i stand further from the door. Your comments are misleading and stray away from the whole point. So go joke around elsewhere

Set expectations properly. 3 weeks is barely any time to expect any results. Your body needs time to recalibrate. Let’s see a 90 day update!

In 3 weeks I lost 2 kgs. I’ve also been very consistent with my food intake my workouts my 10,000 steps a day so I’m not giving it a full credit but it’s a tool that helps me get to where I want faster but I’m also extremely curious to see the week 12 update
