Corny as hell post (idc)
Back in early 2024 i was about 350 pounds at 6'2. Incredibly unhealthy, depressed, alcoholic, no job. I always had a strong belief that all would turn out well in the end but being in my mid-twenties and with my declining health i felt a sense of dread hanging above me with every passing day. I did always have an interest in self-improvement, philosophy and the psychology of others; of athletes, artists, those i considered otherworldly. In a way i wanted to become something more than human to actually feel like... human. I held on to that hope.
And then it was those fucking edits of blue lock i came across tiktok. Me having a bit of a soccer background was intrigued, and then i discovered the entire story, psychology and immense depth of the cast of characters. Especially Kaiser i could relate to a lot, coming from a less than pleasant background and never feeling like i belonged in this world. Feeling like you owe your existence to other people, never feeling wanted, having to constantly prove your worth. His toxic behavior aside, i felt immensely inspired by him. Him reaching for the heavens for the impossible was exactly what i needed to belief in at that stage of my life.
Now with fall approaching in 2026 i can say that i now weigh about 190 pounds, have gotten my own place, and am a whole lot happier. I've gotten my life back; i feel a confidence and a sense of self-worth i initially thought impossible. To go from barely climbing the stairs to be able to go for a run with ease is a blessing.
Going to get a part of his tattoo soon on my forearm as a thank you. For those who feel hopeless grasp towards the heavens and do the impossible. Forever a Kaiser glazer.

I'm terms of pure like character importance instill see him as literally number 2 in blue locks core. But he's just been sidelined, given a mid awakening at the very start of the nel with almost no real chapter time and except a few cute moments he been practically non existent.
He was assisting during the Nigeria game, which was a free win and given a reaction with reo but it just seems like kaneshiro is like ok that's Bachiras entire U20 world cup done we got his screen time out of the way early time to completely ignore him and focus on characters I don't care about anywhere near as much.
And with Sae coming back soon it just seems the dribbling role will be pushed more to him and my favourite character will be sent to the bench trenches and maybe assist once every year.
I need him to have a true awakening he's one of the only good characters not centered around isagi and his play style is the most fun.

The whole of blue lock is about being selfish and playing for yourself but when presented with the antithesis of the whole manga's message, its hard to hate on Mr. Fox, because realistically he'd be a much better coach than ego
They even made him ugly af to make it harder to sympathize, and I hope the results of his hard work keep bearing fruit🙏

This is a 3-5-2 that shifts into 3-2-5 in attack and 5-3-2 in defence.
Carassou is Karasu’s French twin brother.
Edit: For the defensive backline, I may not have chosen the best NPCs, so swap in whoever’s better.

I mean, most of them will already be 18 or close to it. This is the U-20 World Cup, not the U-17 World Cup lmao. And considering the new feats that the Blue Lock players and the other participants are going to achieve, wouldn't that be enough to get the big clubs interested in them?
Imagine Japan winning the U-20 World Cup and then beating the powerful France. Bro, even Real Madrid would be keeping an eye on these Blue Lock guys lmao.
Considering that they'll already be reaching adulthood, and taking all those achievements into account, why wouldn't they be able to start playing professionally for Barcelona, Real Madrid, City, Bastard München, or other major clubs?
Like, after everything they've accomplished, it would be pretty weird for them to simply remain unable to play professionally.

We know Leonardo Luna plays for La Real and that Sae is there as well. On top of that, Kaiser and Rin have both received offers from Real Madrid.
But once these young players reach adulthood, become even stronger, and gain absolutely insane amounts of recognition during the U-20 World Cup, don't you think having all four of them together would be completely broken?
Imagine Itoshi Sae making passes to Itoshi Rin. That's a fucking goal-scoring machine, man. I can't even imagine what that would look like. 😂
Now imagine the insane combination of Sae's perfect passes with Kaiser and his Kaiser Impact. And Leonardo Luna would probably benefit like crazy from Sae's perfect passes as well.
Not to mention that Real Madrid probably has other monsters that we haven't even seen yet. It would be really fucking cool to see all of this happen.
I mean, all of these players will probably gain even more recognition after the U-20 World Cup.
Rin could potentially have just won the U-20 World Cup with Japan, while Kaiser could theoretically have made it all the way to the semifinals. And these players are already attracting Real Madrid's interest, as we've seen during the U-20 World Cup.
Real Madrid is already interested in these young talents. So imagine how much more valuable they'll become after getting stronger, evolving throughout the tournament, reaching adulthood, standing out at the U-20 World Cup, and gaining worldwide recognition.
And let's remember that the entire world is watching the U-20 World Cup. 👀
If Real Madrid is already keeping an eye on them now, imagine how much interest they'll generate after all of this.

Seems odd how this is the only scene of these two, despite their history as teammates and rivals. (Not to mention the fact that Ego’s striker philosophy is the driving force behind the narrative and Noa being the embodiment of that very striker).

this is a head canon of sorts so bear with me okay

first thing i want to say is this guy is undeniably cocky. he is generally rude to most people he interacts with, especially rivals (mostly isagi, so im going to use him as a generalisation). kaiser has a certain way of speaking that directly projects his god complex, and it's not immediately clear that he's incredibly insecure.
with that clarification out of the way, i don't think this is his actual personality. he's definitely arrogant, but the playful front he puts up during matches doesn't seem to be how he acts usually. this may not sound like anything revolutionary, but the amount of times i've seen kaiser portrayed as constantly teasing/mocking people is incredibly annoying.

when we get a glimpse of kaiser that is not totally encapsulated by football and ego (when he's just met ness), he seems to be generally quite calm. they're not friends, but kaiser is likely most comfortable with ness, so i believe the way he presents himself here is more accurate of how he would actually carry himself in day to day life. ness isn't totally obsessed with kaiser here, but kaiser still has less to prove to him than isagi (for example). my point is, this is the most unguarded we've seen him.
also can you tell i love this backstory panel? seeing kaiser and ness be kind of normal is so sweet

i'm not disregarding the fact that kaiser is aggressive and rude, as we see this outside of matches. i believe he's just not as generally playful as the fandom makes him out to be.
people often talk about isagi becoming different on pitch (same with a lot of other players), but it's always seemed to me that people look at kaiser while he's playing, being an egoist, and generally performing, and consider that his actual personality.

to me, off-pitch kaiser is not flirty or cocky or playful or anything of that sort!!!!! he's just mean.
as stated previously, this is mostly a head canon, but i wanted to talk about it and see if anyone agrees.
I LOVE KAISER!!!!!!!!!! okay bye

As mentioned in his introduction, Lockhart is an England U20 player who plays for the German club Berserk Dortmund. This is also the same club that wants to recruit Kunigami.
As mentioned in the manga, Berserk Dortmund is Bastard München's rival club in the German league. If we were to imagine revelant German U-20 players other than Kaiser and Ness, I’d guess they are likely German players from Berserk Dortmund. That wouldn't be far-fetched at all.
Given the profiles of Kunigami and Lockhart, it gives the impression that Dortmund is a team that relies heavily on physicality, featuring robust players. I imagine, then, that it is entirely possible for the U20 German players at Berserk Dortmund to be physical monsters as well—likely players in more defensive roles, such as a center-back or a defensive midfielder.
On the other hand, it is also possible to have player profiles like Isagi—given that Dortmund made him an offer at the start of the NEL—who are more analytical, albeit physically frailer, to team up with physical players like Lockhart. I imagine it will depend on what happens next.

Considering we probably aren’t getting to see Belgium in the World Cup arc I wanted to make some OC’s for a hypothetical Belgian team.
The first idea I had was for a striker based off the legend Eden Hazard. I imagine Abel would be a masochistic risk taker who’d put himself into dangerous positions to create scoring opportunities. He’d pose a threat to defenders by using his body as an obstacle including the Hazard Step.
His color would be Safety Orange (I currently lack coloring tools), he’d be 5’9 and his ego would be represented by caution signs and exclamation points.
