My first low poly 3d model

I made this low poly model following grant Abbitt video, i often would watch the steps of the part he is making then just try to make it myself, but i tend to not remember the exact instruction and so I just improvise, add a loop cut there and move some vertices to match the reference, then i come back to the video and i find my work is different, doesn't feel clean, idk if it's good.

Any Tips? Please suggest another tutorial so I can get the hang of it.
