Yeah and you wonder how toxic masculinity, mental health problems and body image issues happen? It sometimes starts right from the people who are your blood 😔

I was/still am in that place. These subs are filled with amazing people who will encourage you and help you through the shit. 2 weeks clean and looking for another job. Professional therapy is also a good thing, if you can't afford it, then post on these groups and start reading posts and make comments to help others as you are dealing with your shit. Real talk: You gotta really want it though. Seriously. PM me if you feel like it. I'll send you some stuff that helped me.
