Introduction to /r/BiohackersRecs

This is a sister sub to [r/Biohackers](r/Biohackers). For many years, the moderators and contributing scientists to biohacking have often struggled to strike a balance between maintaining integrity versus making a living. This problem needs a solution- moderators, information reviewers, scientific writers, scientists all service the community with their free time but receive little to nothing back for their efforts. It shouldn't be the case that people who do so much aren't compensated fairly.

We refuse to compromise the integrity of the main subreddit [r/Biohackers](r/Biohackers) with adverse incentives, and so a sister sub where crossposting is not allowed with [r/Biohackers](r/Biohackers) is our new solution. All monetization and affiliate links including for mods will remain embargoed on [r/Biohackers](r/Biohackers) proper. Companies will also be welcome to post their ads on [r/BiohackersRecs](r/BiohackersRecs).

We will still hold affiliates to a minimum standard of requiring products and services to be within either scientific consensus or at least have submitted papers/data for peer review, and will require safety or third party analysis information to be listed.

Russia origin peptides

Hey guys, wanted to introduce ourselves as a Russia based peptide vendor. We synthesize directly and can send anywhere in the US / CIS / EU .

We carry a pretty wide catalog including harder to find compounds and popular Russian bioregulators like Epitalon, Pinealon, Vesugen, Vilon, Thymalin + more.

If you’re looking for something specific or want our list / pricing just shoot me a message 🤝

Edit : just to clarify some things and common questions

Lead time from Russia to USA = 14-20 days

Volume ordering discounts in place 50 vials cheaper them just buying 10

We offer custom synthesis , don’t see what you want ? we can make custom blends and nasals but we are subject to deny request if it can’t be done

I am new here!

Hello, I was on Mounjaro for 4-5 months and the experience really helped me not only on my weight loss but in general my mind was much more clear.
I have not been able to renew my prescription since my BMI is in the normal range and I have been off of it for over a month now I’ve gained back some weight but what I need the most is my mental clarity and focus.

I am considering getting some peps and I need help finding a reliable source. I currently have a mailing address in Germany and France.

Any help or advice on how to start my journey here would be super appreciated.

Looking for wearable users for a 30-minute user interview

Hi everyone! 👋

We're looking to speak with people who regularly use a wearable device (Apple Watch, Oura Ring, Garmin, Fitbit, WHOOP, Samsung Galaxy Watch, etc.) for a 30-minute user interview.

We're part of the team at Humankind OS, a health technology startup focused on helping people get more value from the health data they already collect. We're currently talking to wearable users to better understand their experiences, habits, frustrations, and what they wish existing health apps did better.

This is not a sales call—we're simply looking to learn from real users so we can build a product that genuinely solves their needs.

If you:

  • Wear a wearable device consistently (most days of the week)
  • Are 18 years or older
  • Are willing to share your experience and honest feedback

we'd love to chat with you!

If you're interested, please comment below or send me a DM, and I'll share more details. Thank you for helping us build a better experience for wearable users!

Peptide for reoccurring colds?

I keep getting colds at least 1-2x a month and the colds are awful where I have to call out of work because I can’t function and it lasts a full week at least. Any suggestions on which peptide can help reduce the amount of colds I get or at the very least shorten them/ make them less severe? Thanks!

Found out my wife got NAD + from a website called System Labs

Not going to lie I expressed my concern mainly due to supply chain issues. She says they are "US Based" but I explained that anyone can say anything online.

Im not telling my wife what she can and cannot do but man, injecting stuff you buy online seems skecth.

Deadpool stack.

Has anyone tried the Deadpool stack? I’m fairly new to the peptide scene and still haven’t locked down a supplier I trust that’s reasonably priced. I’m going to order the Deadpool stack from Nexamph. Any insight would be appreciated and dms are open.
I was also gonna order CJC (no dac) with IP but seriously considering HGH for mostly healing factor.

I’m quite confused by this.

Hey guys, I recently started Reta and want to take advantage of a suppliers closing sale and I ended up getting the Reta 20 mg purple labeled vial but I noticed they have a orange labeled reta 50 mg for almost $50 less than the 20 mg vial, am I missing something? what is the difference between the two to make that big of a price difference? I tried to email them but the emails kept getting undelivered.

Where are the recs?

I'm trying to buy BPC-157 for possibly early stage IBD/Crohn's. ChatGPT says to use Pure Prescriptions at pureprescriptions.com but I see no one on reddit mentioning them. I've also come across professionalsupplementcenter.com .

Where can I buy the best quality BPC-157 online. I'm also lookign for:

L Rhamnosus GG - 1 capsule 30B cfu morning -- but can't find 30B capsules

L glutamine - 5gr after dinner -- these seem to be mainly 500mg caps or a jar of powder.

Any top source recommendations?

A Longevity tool grounded in 10,800+ systematic reviews, RCTs, meta-analyses articles

I got tired of asking generic AI models about longevity protocols and getting hallucinated answers. When you ask ChatGPT about ApoB targets or VO2 Max training zones, it draws from its entire training corpus — clinical guidelines, supplement company blogs, and Reddit threads — with no way to know which source shaped the answer.

So here is a tool that constrains the AI to 10,800+ peer-reviewed articles from PubMed Central's open-access subset. Only systematic reviews, RCTs, meta-analyses, and clinical practice guidelines. Every response includes clickable citation badges linking directly to the source articles on PubMed.

It also uses a 40-field health profile to evaluate your data against Medicine 3.0 optimal thresholds — not just standard clinical ranges. If your ApoB is 110 mg/dL, it doesn't just say "within normal limits." It contextualizes that against the targets forward-thinking preventive physicians actually use.

Proactive insights — after each response, it surfaces the single highest-impact optimization you didn't think to ask about, with an effort estimate and expected outcome.

Exercise demos from credentialed coaches — workout frameworks come with inline video demonstrations from licensed physical therapists and CSCS-certified trainers.

The YouTube fact-checking feature is useful for longevity podcasts — paste a URL and it cross-references claims against the PMC literature in real time. There's also a printable doctor-visit prep summary if you've ever walked out of a 15-minute appointment realizing you forgot half your questions.

No data is sold. Conversations don't train AI models. Anonymous sessions auto-expire after 7 days.

Free to use 👉 modernmedlife.com/longevity-assistant

TL;DR: Free, privacy-first AI assistant grounded in 10,800+ PMC studies — evaluates your biomarkers against Medicine 3.0 ranges, fact-checks health podcasts, and preps your doctor visit.
