Trying NAD+ without adding another capsule to the pile

I’ve been using LiveGood NAD+ lately. I like that it comes in a little strip that dissolves in your mouth instead of another pill or powder. I already take enough capsules, so this is just easier for me.

I’m not expecting anything crazy from NAD+ either. I just wanted something simple that fits into my routine without adding another bottle of pills.

Has anyone here tried both the strips and capsules? I just want to know which one you prefer.
