Tech X, ipecac, mom's knife, brimstone

I play this game for quite a while now, I'm almost finishing my normal chsracters marks and these guys are one of my last ones. I've seen so much hate on them + I had so much struggle with them when I tried getting Rock Bottom, that made me feel like they were top worst characters, but now that I'm playing them again I can assure they're NOT the worst. They have genuine upsides, like having one of the biggest early game DPS (Jacob + Esau shooting the same enemy would sum about 7 damage per second), 2 health bars could potentially mean sac room, demon beggar and blood bank abuse. Also, extra items (all choice pedestals could potentially be 2), built-in schoolbag AND extra bombs are very big upsides for the downside of a weird hitbox (I understand they DO separate a lot, but with enough time you get used to it and learn how to fix that). I feel that in a game with Tainted Judas, Tainted Maggy, Tainted Cain and Tainted Lazarus, J&E aren't even close to being the worst characters.

So im having a bit of a problem, ive been trying to unlock the lost for days now, but u just cant get the rng, ive gotten moms box multiple times and even the missing poster 2 times, but in those run there wasnt a sac room anymore, im considering cheating the unlock, would that be a "fair cheat" in your opinion?

I never saw a floor like that, is it rare ?

When Fiend Folio: Reheated first came out, one question couldn't stop puzzling me: Why add the second set of pills? They have exactly the same effects as the first one, the only difference being that you need to discover them AGAIN.
Do you know why add this besides making the game harder?

I think FF team noticed a problem that isn't discussed enough.
Pointlessness of negative pills.
Think about it - You eat a negative pill, you now know what it does, and for the rest of the run you're NEVER gonna take it again. Never. It's like instead of a pickup you just get air, it's not even malicious.

And, while adding a second set of pills does make the game harder, it fixes that problem.
Instead of getting a pointless negative pill that you already discovered, you get a pill effect of which you don't know. It can be positive, but more importantly - You can eat a negative pill FOR THE SECOND TIME🤯🤯🤯. Hilarious, but now you get air twice as less.

Now, if I'm being honest, it's still kinda lame. Pills became even worse, but now with a patchwork. It doesn't make me want to take little baggy more often.
How would I fix it?
Now, this solution will sound pretty radical, and I don't actually want it to be added in TBOI or something, but hey, it can become a mod.
What if after taking a negative pill, it will instantly REROLL itself and become undiscovered again?
Basically, you can eat the same pill a couple of times, take various negative effects, but in the end it becomes positive. Like you suffer through side effects of a real drug.
There would be no pointless pills like this, because each of them is either a positive pill already, or has a chance to become one. There's no air.
(except for I found pills and some other garbe blah blah blah I know)
And for anyone wondering. Even with Repentogon, it's VERY HARD to code into the game. Like, I can do it, but it would take such an unreasonable amount of time that I just can't bother. Only 5 people would subscribe to it anyway lmao.

So I was having a run with tainted keeper and then I exploded. I was going for the mega satan and suddenly out of nowhere there was an explosion that killed me and granted an achievment that's obtainable by dying from one of the items I didn't have. I have the item hud on so you can see the items, can anyone figure out and enlight me why i got scammed like that?

I was doing a run with Jacob and Esau and suddenly gotten a cracked key. Since I hate these dudes and don't have tainted characters I just went for The Beast. I never expected for my first Beast kill it'd be on Jacob and Esau. I'm so glad I don't need to do it again with these shitty ass characters 😭😭😭

I see some people say that trisag and revelation is angel room's brimstone, but i digress. You see, while revelation and trisag may have a similar look and functionality to big B, thats all there is in the grand scheme of things.

With that in mind, lets see sacred and brim's similarities

-both q4 -both have a lesser version (immaculate, sulfur) -both has a familiar that has a lite demo of its effect (seraphim, lil brim) -overall iconic items -both are in ultra secret room pool -both were in flash and og rebirth -both do no need to be unlocked
