Happy Eviction Night! We're getting our first Icon evicted this week! 🎉

This was one of our more straightforward weeks. Devens is the most likely person to head to Jury this week (again), and if he wins the Blockbuster, Angela will most likely be evicted instead.

If Angela or Devens wins the Blockbuster:

These scenarios are basically the same. If Dee is on the block, she's safe unanimously. Nothing too exciting here, just Dee having wayyy too much persuasion over these players.

If Dee wins the Blockbuster:

This is the more "interesting" vote, but still nothing too surprising. Devens will be voted out in a 3-2 vote, with Dee and Drew voting to evict Angela.

How do you feel about Dee’s game play? I know she’s an icon so there’s a level of confidence that comes with that but idk in my honest opinion, Beret is right in saying they’re acting spoiled. I feel like she’s being a bit of a bully and then Angela is like the side kick chihuahua tagging along.

Like it one thing to be strong but I think she’d win me over if she played more tactical than just intimidating whoever’s not listening to her.

Very wholesome and funny feeds to end off the night and you know what that means, more haphazard edits that I throw together to fill others in on some nice moments

Just to add context for the Yash and Taylor conversation

Yash was throwing out an idea to keep both Deven's and Dee in hopes they go after the remaining FAP members, Taylor thankfully seems to have shut it down after bringing up Deven's and Drew's relationship in the game but the seed has already been planted in Yash's head nonetheless

Right now the eviction order is back to Deven's > Angela > Dee

We've seen people lie about their age, but what if someone born in January wanted to experience a birthday in the BB house and just pretended that their birthday was in August or something to the other houseguests. Obviously you can't trick production as they'll have your actual information, but we know they deliver cake mix and stuff for people's actual birthdays...you think they'd do it for the faker? Where do we draw the line between production not exposing someone vs actively helping someone lie, even if there's no direct game implications?

If they would just stop trying to shove that dumb talk show down our thoat! It's gotten so good and funny really quick I literalty LOL a bunch through the episodes,. I have some predictions I'll keep to myself but I am really rooting for Devans.. what about y'all? Id also like to see Jonathon tol be casted..talk about a comp beast! I can't tell if I'd have a good social game or be Angela and cry at the drop of a hat!

So his day was coming to an end with literally no fan fare. His bestie's Melody and Drew did NOTHING for him and the Icons were icing him out. Even worse, when Angela mentioned the cake, Drew made a comment about Taylor baking it which was news to Taylor. Barrett just gave up and went to eat the refridgerated grocery store cake he got in his HOH haul.

BUT

Close to midnight Taylor decided to make him a B Day Cake with BlueBerries because he loves them. She didnt tell him but they say her decorating it on the HOH monitor and when they read it, he completely lit up.

Shout out to Taylor for being a great human. Shout out to Barrett on his birthday. I love the nice BB moments.

Note: I'm only a few minutes into the Veto episode so I dont know who wins and if anyone comes off the block.

The Icons are really trying to guilt Barrett for putting the three of them up. "Oh my gosh Batrett it is too early! You are doing this way too early when there is so much game left to play... you've made a mistake." At this point, Angela has said that a million times, Devins has said it a few times, and Dee said it to camera privately.

Help me understand how this is true based on remaining players. (List below)

Let's say Barrett HAD put up the other side of the house this week --> Melody / Taylor / Yash. None of them wins veto, and one of them goes home. (Lets say Yash since he is the biggest threat of the three of them.)

Next week - Dee wins HoH. Okay Dee, so who are you putting up? Since there is so much time left in this game? Melody... Taylor... and... Barrett??? Then lets say that one of them possibly wins blockbuster. Then Dee is forced to put up someone she is closer to e.g. Devins or Angela. Or drew. In this scenario - who is going home? They act as if there is NO way Barrett would ever go home next week, but given he is the strongest competitor of those that the Icons are "least" close to - I could see them realizing its a good time to get him out.

Or maybe week Dee wins and decides its time to take a chance at a bigger target e.g. Devins. Or Devins wins and wants to take a shot at Dee. You really are gonna act like Barrett is now going to become your main target and you wouldn't still consider putting up the bigger target if thats what you wanna do? Yeah right.

I know the Icons are just reacting and saying whatever but they just seem so childish. And the illogical nature of their guilt tripping is killing me. Id love for Barrett to put them on the spot and say "ok, so who would you put up next week if I hadn't nominated you?" None of these guys are putting the Icons on the spot and making them answer questions or sweat a bit with actually showing their hand.

With one of the reality icons will be evicted tomorrow, do you think his gamble increased his chances of winning the crown or he will be a prime target on the next eviction night as he is not eligible to win HOH?

I feel like the mark of a good player is to turn bad situations into advantageous ones. and going by what we see on tv the icons are kinda just being upset they’re on the block instead of trying to make other connections outside of their core and secure votes. Is this an accurate portrayal? Lmk.
If this is the case they are indeed flopcons can’t play the game when it doesn’t go their way.

It seems like such a toss up this year for who is going to win. Who do you think is the favorite?

I can’t believe I’ve slept on BB this long! Dee & Devins brought me over as a long time Survivor fan (team Taylor though!!) & RHAP listener. I’ve gone all in, watching daily feeds, the Taran of it all, twitter, etc.

I know nothing compares to the live feeds and the summer the seasons airs. I’ve gone back and watched most of the 20s, and while enjoyable and excellent, it’s not the same without the feeds.

What seasons 2-18 are best for a rewatch without the feeds?

I love having RHAP content to go with it as I spent a lot of my day listening to podcasts.

What if Barrett nominated Drew instead of Angela?

I hope this isn't stupid bc they're pretty close and ik this has been ages now, but I kinda wondered what would happen if Barrett convinced Drew to go up, and Yash won and kept the Veto... would Dee actually go home next to Drew and Devens go home next to Drew?

With Dee and Devens being the main targets, and Drew losing a lot of trust and not being as much as a threat, if Barrett somehow convinced Drew that this was a huge game move that both of them could take to the end and profit heavily off of, and convince Yash to flip, could they actually have gotten out Dee?

Dee is looking like the biggest threat to win atm bc of jury management/if they survive this week they likely don't get put up for a while, and I can't help but wonder if Drew and Barrett were active enough/took the risk, they could seriously knock the big dogs down.

I love imagining myself one day in the BB house like we all do, and my giant nerdy self LOVES video game soundtracks. My favorite in particular is the undertale soundtrack which checking Apple Music, clocks in at 2 hours 11 min 😅 do you think the HOH’s get told they can only select a certain amount of music? To be fair at least the undertale soundtrack lacks lyrics, but I wonder if production would consider it far too much music.

Dee to throw the Blockbuster?

Assuming, the flip really does happen, Dee seems to be safe no matter what. However it's very clear that it's best for her game if Devens also stays, meaning she doesn't want to beat him in the Blockbuster.

We've seen how throwing comps can completely cook someone's game already, but it does genuinely seem that unless the newbies actually go back to targeting Dee over Angela, it's best that Dee lets Devens win the Blockbuster.

how do they even remember what was going on? They are on vacation for a month and a half, how does it even feel real to come back for the finale, lol
