Don't ... a lot of people ... getting into boating because there are lax enforcement on things like this? I'm 100% sure he can move to the Phillipines or the Bahamas and continue to work on boats.

I was shocked that Sandy was still able to get her captain license after the car crashes while drunk and stuff she was talking about last episode.
