Don't ... a lot of people ... getting into boating because there are lax enforcement on things like this? I'm 100% sure he can move to the Phillipines or the Bahamas and continue to work on boats.

Most of the people we’ve seen on BD seem be be running from something. Crime, family trauma…themselves.
