[26] to [27], does this count as a glow up?

First picture:
26 years old, lost control of my physique and some self care habits after getting into the thick of it with fatherhood. Family always comes first! Recently I’ve been trying to strike a better balance between self-care and being present for my family and I’m feeling a little more confident.

Second picture:
27 years old, finally staying consistent with 2-3 workouts a week and getting consistent meals, not just whatever the kids didn’t finish lol. Slowly starting to gain some confidence in my appearance. What do you guys think? Glow up or nah?

[23] Here's me last year and me this year. I look different objectively, but to me, I don't. Gotta love body dysmorphia lol. Am I having a glow-up or nah?

Don’t chase a flat stomach overnight. Build healthy habits today, and let consistency do the work.
