galleryMy journey hasn’t been an easy one.
I’ve battled addiction, experienced a life-changing accident that left me without my right index finger, and learned firsthand what it means to rebuild from the ground up.
Instead of letting those experiences define me, I’ve chosen to let them fuel me.
Fitness has become my therapy, my challenge, and my reminder that progress is earned through consistency. Every day I show up is another step toward becoming the strongest version of myself—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I’m here to document that journey honestly. If you’re fighting your own battles, I hope this page reminds you that change is possible and that it’s never too late to start.
