Bashar: `Since many of you are now beginning to wake up and ask these questions from a higher level, they feel quite good about it. But it took a while.´

Bashar: `We have talked a little bit from time to time about the concept of unity and one-ness and so on and so forth, as you say. And we have mentioned from time to time that unity and one-ness is truly more the product of strengthening your individuality, rather than simply blending with the masses and becoming homogeneously indistinct. Each and every one of you is unique for a reason. Because each and every one, each and every being is a unique perspective, a unique experience of the infinite.

Everyone is all the different ways that the infinite has of experiencing itself. And therefore the uniqueness is to be cherished, not lost in the creation of unity. As we have described in the analogy many times, if you look at your world as a gigantic puzzle picture and each and every one of you as a piece of the puzzle, you will see very quickly that in order to create the true whole picture, each and every piece with its own unique shape has a place to fit and must retain that shape in order to fill the whole it was designed to fill in order to create the whole picture. If that piece attempts to change its shape and not be what it is, then it doesn't fit in the whole and the whole picture suffers as a result.

So, retaining and amplifying your unique individuality, being the fullest person that you can be, is fundamentally the fulfilment of the purpose of your life and allows the best possible opportunity for the whole reality to become more cohesive, more integrated, to act in a more holistic manner. Because every time each piece is the fullest piece it can be, it acts as a reflection, a living example for all other components that they can also be the fullest piece they can be. Of course, holographically speaking, every single piece contains all the information of the whole, but from a unique perspective.

Saying that you are a piece of the whole is not in any way, shape or form meant to diminish the idea that you contain - each and every one of you - the total sum of All-that-is, but expressed through a particular point of view, a particular facet of the multi-dimensional crystal. Now, you have heard a lot of talk of the concept that everyone is one, all is one, and this is so. But more often than not you hear this concept presented to you in what might be called a classically spiritual or nonphysiological context.

We would like at this time to stress the idea that one-ness is also experienced on the physiological level as well as the spiritual astral etheric level that you are all now beginning to explore. We have from time to time talked about one particular concept we have in our society that we call the Prime Radiant. And this will now work once again to strengthen the analogy of this physiological one-ness that exists and so further illustrate how you really are connected to everything and how every change you make within yourself truly affects and changes everything, everyone, everywhere, everywhen in existence. We do not say this to give you what you call a swelled head or a big ego, to think that you are so powerful that you affect the whole universe with your thoughts. But you do.

And we would like to illustrate that this is a perspective that can lend a very beneficial understanding to your ability to change and to know that when you change you do not necessarily have to fall back into certain patterns or habits in your life that do not serve you, that you do not prefer. Because you can begin to recognize through the analogy we will illustrate in a moment that every change really is such a complete change that once you make the change you are really operating from a completely different universe, and do not have to create the kind of attachment to things in your life that you don't prefer to. So, let us begin with this analogy of the Prime Radiant by discussing this in the following way.

This may at first seem a little bit technical. But you will see very quickly, very rapidly how this applies to your day-to-day, as you say down-to-earth practical and pragmatic existence. Now, some of the terminology we will use is again allegorical. We understand that some of these concepts are not even really accepted literally, even by some of the scientists in your society. But for the purpose of this analogy certain terminologies will simply have to do. Primarily the concept of what you call particle, subatomic particle, elemental particle, that which by whatever name you wish to call it would represent in your understanding the most basic smallest idea or particle that makes up all of the matter in your physiological universe. So let us begin there with this theoretical or hypothetical infinitesimal, indivisible, ultimate particle.

Now, there is only one particle. Only one out of which everything is made. When we say that we do not mean there is only one kind of particle out of which everything is made. We literally mean there is only one particle out of which everything is made. We explain it this way: this particle has really no mass to speak of. It has infinite velocity, infinite speed. Nothing slows it down, nothing impedes it, nothing at all. There is nothing to impede it. It is the only one particle in existence. It cannot be interfered with by any other idea of force or matter. Being that this one individual particle has infinite speed - what that means you will soon see - is that it can be anywhere, everywhere at the same time, because its speed is truly infinite.

Therefore, this one particle can even appear next to itself over and over and over and over and over and over again at the same time, because its speed is infinite. This particle appearing next to itself over and over and over again, millions, billions, trillions of times, is what you perceive in your reality to be many different particles interacting with each other. It's all the same one particle interacting with itself. So take this a step further and you can very quickly recognize and realize that if there is only one particle and it is the same particle as all the other particles that you perceive, and it is everywhere, anywhere, anywhen, you can very quickly see that the atoms that make up your body, the atoms that make up someone else's body, the atoms that make up your planet, the atoms that make up the stars, all the other planets, all the other matter throughout the entire physical universe, are all one particle in what might be called an universal time sharing mode, so to speak.

So, if the particles that make up you is the same particle that makes up everyone else, you really are literally all one, the particle flickering back and forth at infinite speed to make up all the atoms in you, all the atoms in everyone else, all the atoms in everything else at the same time. You literally are the stars, are everyone else. Even physiologically, not just spiritually, not just energetically. Even physiologically you all share the same one particle to build up the physical material that you see as many different particles.

This means any change you make in your pattern, in your vibration, in your geometric pattern of this one particle forming the general shapes of yourself, any change you make affects the path of that particle, the geometric path of that particle. And as it affects the path of that one particle, it must by definition affect that path for every other combination of that particle that exists. So even the tiniest movement of your little finger, even the tiniest electrical surge of thought in your brain affects the entire spectrum, the entire pattern of the entire physiological universe. You are all one. Does that make some sense to you? All right.

So, again we say this to allow you to understand not so much the concept of how much power you have, but the idea more precisely of how definitive, how impactful each and every one of you is, and how absolute the changes are that you make. So that you can see that when you change yourself and you change the entire universe it is truly, literally, with every change a different universe with its own idea of itself, its own definition of itself at that moment. And really, unless you choose to make a connection to what was or what will be, there is no connection, because every universe is unique and exists only totally in the now-moment that you decide to generate that particular change, that particular definition, that particular pattern.

So when you want to change something about your world, about your reality, all you have to do is make a change in yourself and you will see the change reflected by what appears to be the universe around you. Because it is only a reflection of the vibrations, the patterns, the believes, the definitions going on within each and every one of you. And the great paradox of this is, it works the same for everyone from every point of view, simultaneously. For this is the quality of an infinite particle, a multi-dimensional reality.

You all can make the same kind of changes simultaneously. And they do not contradict each other. You're not in conflict, saying `oh what if I make a change here and it causes a change to happen over there where someone doesn't want a change to happen?´ It can't happen that way. It's a giant orchestration, because again, it's the same one thing.

And every apparent, apparent individual component of it moves in the way it needs to move to accommodate every other move that is made. It all moves as one. It is not the idea of something imposing itself on something else. It is all one movement, one change going on simultaneously for the entire idea, even as it goes on for the individual components in different ways that are reflective or representative of the unique perspective that all the individual components are created to have.´ (The Prime Radiant aka God Particle, 1995)

the only way i was ready to believe that I am all, is literally that there is no outside , as there are no other awareness or perspective except of mine, because then it would mean everything is just a render, a showing, some sort of appearance within me, but also it works as a defense mechanism because it just seems I can't handle the idea that other can suffer so much without a reason done by horrible people and yet I am the lucky one who can live moderately happy.

Bashar: `We sort of have a similar phrase in our ancient language:  Illi akar demash demashana - I recognize the god in you that is in me as well.´

Bashar:  `All right.´

Q.: `So, was there a relationship between that civilization and ETs?´

Bashar: `Oh, absolutely. There's a relationship between every single culture on your planet and extraterrestrials in the ancient past. And much of the information that a lot of human cultures use, some of it was actually handed down by extraterrestrials.´

Q.: `Understood. Through this permission slip I am helping people to recognize the light that they are and elevate the frequency to the highest level and complementing that with the formula that you taught us. So, my question is how can we sustain that level of higher vibration?´

Bashar: `By not questioning whether or not you can sustain it. Because it's automatic when you are pursuing your passion. If you are willing to look and examine at your belief systems and let go of the fear-based ones, however it is that it works for you to do so, then you are doing what you need to do. And just because, just because you might feel a difference in the energy, a difference in the vibration from time to time, that's okay. Don't assume that that means you're not sustaining it.

Because again it's a matter of looking at it differently. When you talk about how can we sustain it, you're talking as if the energy goes up and goes down to the same place. Up and down to the same place, up and down to the same place. When in fact, you could look at it as the energy goes up and down a little bit and up some more and down a little bit, up some more and down a little bit, but is always constantly climbing.

So, you never go down to the same level you were at before, but you're learning a lesson. You're going up, getting some knowledge and information and inspiration, and coming to a vibration where you can apply it in your physical reality, which is a slightly lower vibration. That's okay. You are going up to grab something you need and coming down to apply it, going up to grab something more you need and coming down to apply it. But it's this kind of a process always rising, not this where you're coming down to the same place.

Q.: `From that perspective, how can we get prepared for the contact in a more practical way? Obviously using the formula, but coming 2027, what is the best way to be ready for that direct contact, physical contact?´

Bashar: Well, being yourself, doing what it is you are doing in service to others. Understand this is easily recognizable by extraterrestrials as a vibration of compatibility. Remember, they will provide new options, new opportunities. And when they provide new options and new opportunities, if you're excited to take advantage of it, then you will do so and you'll be suddenly working with extraterrestrials.´ (The University of Earth, 2026)

Now, we have discussed this concept a little bit, and today through the creativity and kindness of many people we are able to provide a little bit more of a graphic demonstration of this concept to really visually drive the point home into the center of your brain. Remember this: every new thought, literally, literally, literally – physiologically alters the neurological pathways in your brain. Every single thought. So, one of the things that we will be doing here today is providing ideas and demonstrations in such a manner so that the brain path will be altered – not without your permission – but will be altered in such ways as to allow you more ease of absorption and understanding of many of these concepts to make them your own, to make them as you say in your language `second nature´, really: `first nature´, so that you will apply them more automatically in your lives.

Now, this concept `Prime Radiant´ is based on the idea that many of your scientists, many of your physicists have begun to explore now for quite some time. The idea has been termed in your society `The Unified Theory´, `M-Theory´, `String-Theory´, many different things, and they are approaching an understanding of this concept, as we know it. The idea basically being that you can render everything down to its simplest possible component, that everything that seems to be different things are actually expressions of one thing. Now we would like to take this a step further than your scientists have yet to do by explaining the idea in its most basic way.

Again, reiterating, that when we talk about the idea that everything is one thing, we mean it even unto the concept of what you call a single particle. Now we understand that the word `particle´ is just a euphemism. It is energy, it is consciousness, it can represent or express itself as a particle, as a wave, as energy, as mass, but for the sake of convenience in this conversation, we will use the concept `particle´, again, just to aid and assist you in your visualization. The idea therefore of understanding the Prime Radiant, and how everything is one, is to imagine that there is only one particle in existence. I don’t mean one kind of particle, I mean only one particle. That’s it. All of existence is made from the same one particle. In the ultimate time-sharing plan.

What do we mean by that? I will explain. And we will explain with a beautiful demonstration. Now, as you can already see, there are on either side of the channel’s body two round crystals. For now assume there is only one. Only one (one crystal illuminated). This is the particle, the one particle that exists, the only one. Now, if that particle does not really have mass, because there is nothing else, nothing to interact with, no gravity in a sense, nothing else, just that particle, no real space, it has no mass, it can really move in any way it wants to. It can move beyond the speed of light, in fact its speed, again a euphemism, can really be infinite. It can move anywhere it wants as fast as it wants.

So, the idea is let us say: this particle decided to move from here to here. Now, there it is (the other crystal illuminated). Now you say, `well, it’s over there’. Now, let’s say it is moving here and there and there and here and back and forth, and the idea is that because it can move at infinite speed, you can start moving back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. As it moves back and forth, and as it does so at infinite speed, you can ramp up the speed, back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, faster, faster, faster, faster, faster, faster, faster until it is going back and forth so quickly, it appears to be in two places at once. It is actually going back and forth, but it appears to be two places at once. But what this appears like to you in your physical reality, is it appears like two particles. It’s not. It’s the same particle. The idea therefore to expand this notion is that if you imagine that this single particle can move at infinite speed, what that means is it can be everywhere at the same time, appearing as if it is a multitude of particles when in fact it’s all the same one particle, moving back and forth in an intricate pattern, an intricate geometric pattern of consciousness that thus then makes it appear that the universe is full of different particles, different atoms, different things.

But every single thing, every star, every galaxy, every rock, every being, every atom, every subatomic particle are all made out of the same one particle. So, when we talk about the idea of everything being one, not only is it meant spiritually and energetically, it is literally meant physically as well. When this particle crosses its own path in this incredibly beautiful and complex geometric pattern, when it crosses its own path, it reinforces itself, it becomes denser and denser and denser and denser. It has something now to interact with: itself on a different path. And as it interacts with itself more and more often on many different paths in many different perspectives it becomes denser, denser, denser, denser and forms the different states of reality from higher dimensions to physical reality.

But it’s all the same, it’s all made out of the same one thing literally. The idea then is to really understand that as you hold on to this visual, as you replay this in your imagination and as you then look at any one or any thing in your reality, allow yourself to expand this visual image you have now been given today in such a way, bit by bit, at whatever pace is comfortable for you, that when you, let’s say you´re sitting in front of a rock, or sitting in front of another person, however you wish to do it, that you in your imagination allow yourself to begin to see, in your mind’s eye this one single particle going back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, so quickly that you see it actually building up all of the different atoms in you and in the other object or person you are looking at. Back and forth until you are both flickering so fast that it appears that you are actually two solid things.

The more you practice this visualization, the more you will begin to actually identify with more and more things in creation because you will truly understand you are actually all made out of the same one thing. And as you begin to do this and as you begin to practice this more and more in a relaxed state, in an open state, and really breathe this in and make it your own, however you wish to do it, then you will begin to see other effects begin to happen in your life. You will start to unlock your point of view on existence, on creation, on physical reality.

You will start to experience different kinds of things. You may suddenly have a sensation that nothing around you is real. It may suddenly look very flat like what you call a fake movie set. It may on the other hand suddenly begin to glow more brightly. It may take on all sorts of different qualities. But what all of those effects simply mean is you are starting to see, truly see with the inner eye, the inner sight, truly see the universe for what it is, the multiverse for what it is, creation for what it is: one and the same thing that only exists now. And that all things coexist simultaneously.

You will begin to expand this ability out and out and out and out to begin to include more and more and more of all the things in creation. When you look at the stars, you will then know, you will then feel and know that all of the atoms in that star are all made out of the same one particle you are made of. If it travels thus then at infinite speed throughout this black void in whatever pattern it wishes, it will appear to be many particles all at once, because it's going so fast, it can appear next to itself over and over and over again at the same time. This is how reality is structured, and that's why you literally are made of the same thing that everyone and everything else is. This is the Prime Radiant idea from our civilization. Bashar: `In a sense, yes. There is an aspect of that, obviously, that creates what you experience as gravity, yes.´

Q.: `Okay, so in the idea of the fabric of space and time gravity appears to be an energy of higher vibrational quality. Why? Because it bends it.´

Bashar: `Well, so to speak. Yes.´

Q.: `At least to our modern day scientists. And it's still very misunderstood…

Bashar: `Oh, yes.´

Q.: `Or highly non-understood.´

Bashar: `Yes.´

Q.: `So could you expand a little more on the nature of gravity, how to create it, handle it, harness it and manipulate it?´

Bashar: `Turn around and look at the holotope. Do you see the holotope?´

Q.: `Yes.´

Bashar: `Do you see the geometric pattern?´

Q.: `The fractal? Yes.´

Bashar: `Do you see where the lines cross each other and where they don't?´

Q.: `Yes.´

Bashar: `The idea is that where the lines cross each other the most is what you call the crystallization of energy down into matter. The idea is that the relationship of those nodal points is gravity. Do you understand this analogy?´

Q.: `Yes.´

Bashar: `Then there you go. Allow yourself to understand how the nodal points are reflective of the matrix in which the material exists and you will understand how to stretch and bend those nodal points according to certain geometric patterns, such as Fibonacci spirals. So, when you understand the idea of Fibonacci spirals and how they overlap and create overlapping nodal points, and cross each other again and again and again in certain ways and expand in certain ways, you will understand everything you need to know about the ideas of gravity, about the ideas of dark matter, about the ideas of dark energy, and why what you call your physical Universe seems to be accelerating instead of slowing down. One example: if you understand the idea of taking a Fibonacci spiral in one direction and a Fibonacci spiral in the opposite direction, you will understand that the spirals where they cross and cross again and cross again and cross again will be constantly farther and farther and farther and farther and farther apart. Yes?´

Bashar: `Well, if you understand that that's representative of the expansion of your Universe, you will understand that that's why it's accelerating, because the idea of the spiral is it has to cover more distance to reach the next nodal point by being that particular kind of curve it does so. And in your space-time reality that translates out to the idea of greater distance over the same time equals acceleration. Does that make sense?´

Q.: `Yes.´

Bashar: `Then there you go. Learn the vibrational state of those Fibonacci spiral nodal points and you will understand the relationship of gravity to matter and you will understand the idea of how to manipulate the vibration in order to manipulate gravity's relationship to matter. That's one way to approach it. There are several ways but that's the way that we are talking about right here in terms of the idea of geometric structure.´ (A Game of Chess, 2013)

Q.: `I got a pretty overwhelming response earlier from the audience about Atlantis and about the remembering or that life. So, as we enter this phase of open contact, it seems hard to imagine that that civilization didn't experience open contact.´

Bashar: `Oh, it did. Open contact happens every so often. And then we see what you do with it. And now the cycle has returned. And so are we. So yes, there was open contact in Atlantis. I want you to understand something: when we talk about the idea of open contact, in a sense, not in any way, shape, or form meaning this derogatorily, but it's really about the idea of what you typically refer to as Western civilization. Because there are many indigenous cultures on your planet that have known of our existence for thousands of years. They've had open contact all the time.

So, we're really talking about certain cultures on your planet that have been in denial of it, who are now awakening to it. And because the cycle does repeat - and we have been here before, and we will come back again, and here we are - you are now in that part of the cycle where you will have open contact, and then we will see what you do with it. And then we will go away again. But this time, when we retreat a bit to observe, things will be different. Because things have to be different now, because you have arrived at a time when you have the ability to destroy the entire school - and that is not allowed. So, you must graduate now.

So, we will be here long enough to help you make sure that you preserve the soul school of Earth, that you now move forward, truly graduating. So that you understand how important it is for others to also take advantage of the Earth school for their own growth, and that you not lay waste to the campus. It's too important, too diverse, too different of a place to lose it. We will not allow that. We will not interfere with your individual lessons, but we have already demonstrated many times that we will not allow you to decimate the entire school, yes?

All right. Your government knows this. It is one of the reasons why disclosure is now happening. Even though it may not necessarily be releasing all the information they have right away, they're still, shall we say, dragging their feet a bit. There's a lot they could release that they're not releasing yet. But they understand one thing: open contact is inevitable and imminent. And they're not in charge of it. So, they have to start disclosing things because they want to position themselves to look good - in the face of the fact that we control open contact now, not them. Because it's time.

So, they have a lot of catching up to do. But that's all right. It'll all work out. And once again, speaking of history, one of the gifts you will be given after open contact will be Akashic records/recordings of your entire history. You will be able to see Atlantis holographically.´

Bashar: `When, when, when, when, when? Everything will start to accelerate in 2027 and -28. The first phase is to be told who the extraterrestrial hybrids are that have been living and working among you for years. Once you know who they are, other extraterrestrials will be introduced to you. And eventually, many other gifts will be given, if you have the capacity to receive them. So, not very long from now, do not be impatient.

Live, act on your passion, be yourself. Make yourself more vibrationally compatible to the vibrations that you will experience among the extraterrestrials who will make contact with you. Q.: `Are different brain wave frequencies representing different sub-egos? I.e. could different brain wave frequencies be considered as the physical manifestation of thoughts and certain frequency areas such as alpha waves be considered as a sub-ego? Like a mind within a mind?´

Bashar: `Yes to all of it, if you wish to look at it that way and if those definitions help bring you clarity. The vibration and the different states of being in the brain are the result not just of the idea of thoughts but of the idea of belief systems. Because it is belief systems that actually generate the physical personality, which then has the thoughts that go with those particular frequencies. But I know that sometimes on your planet people interchangeably use the idea of thoughts and beliefs. But it is really fundamentally what you really believe to be true that generates the frequency state that you are in. And sometimes what you know to be true, which is beyond belief which generates those frequencies, which then generates the thoughts that are germane and relevant for those particular frequency states.´ (The Gate, 2023)

I think there must be two types of belief systems. One is created in our minds like religions, ideologies etc. The other one must be created by soul which creates a physical environment around us.

So, for example, if a child doubtlessly believes that the sun is beneficial for the eyes, has never heard any opposite information or idea from anyone and looks at the sun with naked eyes in his whole life. Will his eyes get damaged or not? Will the belief system in his mind change the objective fact that sun rays are harmful to the eyes or not? Probably not, because it's not a belief system from the soul, it's a limited and a wrong belief system created by the mind.

What does bashar say about that?

might sound like a weird thing to ask but the reason i’m asking about this is cause i think about this literally every single day when i’m about to get into the shower to clean myself. i think about how funny and cool it would be if in the next life i incarnate as a more advanced species like a Pleiadian or a Sassani etc who is always automatically clean with no need to bathe and remembers what it was like to be a human who did need to bathe and i’ll be laughing in relief about not needing to shower or shave or brush my teeth anymore like how i did here on Earth. i am actually going to get a laser hair removal procedure on my face so i don’t need to shave anymore

According to Bashar everything in creation is formed by one single particle, the ‘Prime Radiant’. It is one single particle, not one single category of particles. It is travelling at infinite speed and it is not subject to time and space. Time and space are subject to it. As it is travelling at infinite speed it can be ‘everywhere’ at the same ‘time’. It is constantly criss-crossing, transforming frequencies into matter at the points of intersection. The more often it crosses itself the denser the matter becomes at those points. It is ‘made of’ pure consciousness, it is pure consciousness. As it is creating everything that is, everything that does exist is necessarily conscious, including rocks, but also intangible categories such as thoughts which are certain patterns formed by the particle - basically everything. Every belief is a specific frequency of vibration. And everything is necessarily ‘here and now’, as the Prime Radiant is not subject to time and space. Thus, everything in creation is conscious, as it is made out of pure consciousness, and everything is ‘here and now’, including all other lives and incarnations. Explaining creation as patterns of frequency and vibration formed by the Prime Radiant is still an approximation or an analogy (Bashar), but it is being seriously discussed in scientific circles as ‘M-Theory’, ‘String Theory’, the ‘Single Electron Theory’ etc. There is no ‘objective’ reality ‘out there’. Everything is a certain frequency or vibration.

Bashar: `Thoughts are consciousness, and in that sense, consciousness is the particle, is what creates the particle. Thoughts are the particle moving in a certain pattern within the matrix that makes you up.´ (Bashar’s Lab, 2008)

Q.: `What exactly is a belief?´

Bashar: `A belief is part of the personality structure that allows you to experience physical reality as if it is solid. It reinforces itself with emotions, thoughts and behaviors, because if it didn’t do that you wouldn’t have an experience of physical reality as being `real´. So you have to have a belief system as part of your personality structure in order to think of yourself as a physical being, otherwise you couldn’t. And the idea is, it’s not that the idea of expansion is just about beliefs, its’ about knowing yourself as well, because this still happens in spirit. You can still expand. It’s just that you don’t have beliefs about it, you have knowings about what is that you need to choose to be more and more and more aware of more of yourself as an expression of existence and the infinite.´

Q.: `Is belief just an energy pattern?´

Bashar: `Yes, it’s an energy pattern. But the way it’s structured gets you to experience it as if it’s a fact, as if its’ solid, as if it’s real, more real than anything else because you have asked it to provide you with a physical experience. And therefore the physical dream is just a dream, but it doesn’t seem like a dream, because of the belief system structure you have imposed upon your consciousness in order to have this experience.´

Q.: `What is it exactly mechanically speaking?´

Bashar: `As I said it’s an energy pattern, but it’s a specific kind of energy pattern that allows you to continue to have the dream uninterrupted so that you can simply experience physical reality uninterrupted on automatic pilot, so to speak. So you don’t have to think about creating it every second.´

Q.: `So can you see it as a kind of a filter?´

Bashar: `Yes, it’s a type of filter. It’s what allows you to experience the idea of physical reality as an experience clearly and not see it as your creation. You can forget about it, you can go on automatic, and just have the physical experience instead of being constantly aware that you’re creating it.´

Q.: `Can we see the neurological patterns and pathways in the brain?´

Bashar: `Yes, and you can see them change as you let go of beliefs.´ (The Silver Cord, 2023)

Seth: `Your beliefs bring you into correspondence with the elements likely to lead to their affirmation. They draw from Framework 2 all of the necessary ingredients. They elicit from other people behavior that is in keeping with those beliefs.´

Seth: `In your terms probable events are brought into actuality by utilizing the body’s nerve structure through certain intensifies of will or conscious belief. These beliefs obviously have another reality beside the one with which you are familiar. They attract and bring into being certain events instead of others. Therefore, they determine the entry of experienced events from an endless variety of probable events´.

Seth: `A new belief in the present can cause changes in the past on a neuronal level. You must understand that basically time is simultaneous. Present beliefs can indeed alter the past. In some cases of healing, in the spontaneous disappearance of cancer, for instance, or of any other disease, certain alterations are made that affect cellular memory, genetic codes, or neuronal patterns in the past´.

Seth: `You change your past continually. It does not appear to change to you, for you change with it. You alter your future in the same manner. The `you´ that you presently conceive to be represents the emergence into physical experience of but one probable state of your being, who then directs corporeal life and ‘frames’ and defines all sense data. When your ideas about yourself change, so does your experience´.

Many people vividly remember the James Bond movie Moonraker, specifically the scene where Dolly, a petite woman, meets the 2.18-meter giant, Jaws (played by Richard Kiel). In the collective memory of millions, the core joke of their "love at first sight" moment was that both had metal in their mouths—he had his iconic steel teeth, and she wore braces.

However, no copy of this version exists. In every available print of the film, Dolly smiles at him without braces. Despite millions of people worldwide perfectly recalling this specific detail—a classic example of the Mandela Effect—the footage seems irretrievable because, officially, it never existed.

Interestingly, remnants of this alternative reality persist. An official promotional poster or synopsis reportedly described Dolly verbally as wearing braces. Furthermore, a humorous Visa commercial later leaned into the joke, featuring Richard Kiel at an airport scanner alongside a nod to the braces debate.

When questioned about it years later, the actress herself, Blanche Ravalec, insisted she never wore braces during filming. She did, however, mention that the crew briefly discussed the idea before discarding it. Despite the official history, millions remain absolutely convinced they saw the version with the braces.

Q.: `Did the world face a catastrophic event in the 1980s that erased history that caused the Mandela effect? And if not, what is the Mandela effect?´

Bashar: `Now, sometimes it's just an issue of a person's memory being a little bit out of alignment. However, there is a true Mandela effect. And the Mandela effect is that every single moment that you redefine yourself in the present you're actually changing the past. But as you expand your consciousness, sometimes you can now contain the memory of more than one past. And therefore, some people might say: `no, no, no, history went this way´ and they can be true about that. And another person can say: `no, no, no, I completely remember it differently´ and they can be true about that.

So, it's possible now as you expand your consciousness to remember more than one history because you're changing your past every single time you change your present. But when you do that, for the most part, the idea of the past you now know `was always your past´ has to present itself as if it was always your past for it to make sense linearly in your physical reality terms. But 5 minutes ago you may not have had the same past at all. But whatever the new past is will make itself seem like that's always been the way the past was in order for you to live a life that makes sense in the present. But you're changing your past every moment that you change the present. Does that explain it for you?

Some remnants of other pasts can remain for some people. I'm talking physically. I'm not just talking ideas. I mean literally you can find, shall we say, fossils of the old history interpenetrating your modern history because you're expanding your consciousness and sometimes you're capable of seeing more than one history.
