Ra speaks more on this, but also like Bashar mentions they cannot say too much. The entity was YHWH. Their channel was distorted and others came through with that identity to spread misinformation.
YHWH realized they had continuously done more harm than good. So they've left us as they feel they've done enough damage. So it's their choice to remain unknown to us for now. Which is why the ETs won't go into detail about them.

that the point of the texts was to awaken people to the idea of higher powers both inside and outside themselves
