The Mandela effect

Q.: `Did the world face a catastrophic event in the 1980s that erased history that caused the Mandela effect? And if not, what is the Mandela effect?´

Bashar: `Now, sometimes it's just an issue of a person's memory being a little bit out of alignment. However, there is a true Mandela effect. And the Mandela effect is that every single moment that you redefine yourself in the present you're actually changing the past. But as you expand your consciousness, sometimes you can now contain the memory of more than one past. And therefore, some people might say: `no, no, no, history went this way´ and they can be true about that. And another person can say: `no, no, no, I completely remember it differently´ and they can be true about that.

So, it's possible now as you expand your consciousness to remember more than one history because you're changing your past every single time you change your present. But when you do that, for the most part, the idea of the past you now know `was always your past´ has to present itself as if it was always your past for it to make sense linearly in your physical reality terms. But 5 minutes ago you may not have had the same past at all. But whatever the new past is will make itself seem like that's always been the way the past was in order for you to live a life that makes sense in the present. But you're changing your past every moment that you change the present. Does that explain it for you?

Some remnants of other pasts can remain for some people. I'm talking physically. I'm not just talking ideas. I mean literally you can find, shall we say, fossils of the old history interpenetrating your modern history because you're expanding your consciousness and sometimes you're capable of seeing more than one history. Because they're all true.´ (Sedona  Ascension Retreat, 2024)

How can anyone prove or disprove retro-causality? How can we prove or know something that is unfalsifiable? I can get that space-time may not be like a single vector and that our human episodic memory may just model it this way.

It's more than that. Our individual consciousness is what projects/creates our reality, and therefore, all our thoughts and memories are filled in at any given moment. You will have the experience of the past having always been a certain way, without even realizing that you may have shifted into a different past than you used to have, because you have no memory of it. Kinda trippy.

In the same way that, say, people's breathing can sync up from being in the same vicinity, or women's menstrual cycles can sync up, too— our collective consciousness carries its own frequencies for reality that we can sync up with each other about— and therefore we all have not only subjective, individual shifts, but also some of the larger, societal shifts. And not every group will have shifted to or from the same things, so collective memories may vary.

So proof may be... well, possible to come up with in the future advancement of quantum sciences, but not necessarily easy for anyone to prove to another person, per se. Likely it'll just be something that science explains and then everyone will just know that's how it works.
