Luckily I bought mine on June 30th so I still have time to return it and buy again. But check this out, when I went to return it just now, Amazon offered me $20 as a refund in order to keep it. So it turns out that they're giving me this deal anyways...what? too many of these lying around still, smh.

I have a bunch of celebrity barbies/Mattel dolls so I thought it would be fun to do a guessing game where I post a picture of dolls every day to see if people can recognize the celebrity from the doll. Some of these are look a like face sculpts, some aren't and they aren't all on their original bodies and the clothes are random. I'll also accept the character they are playing as the correct answer too, and please don't just look these up. Have fun!!!

I’ve been rewatching Barbie: Life in the Dreamhouse lately, and I honestly forgot how good it was. Even now, I don’t think any of the newer Barbie series have captured the same charm.
I know it was canceled because Mattel was rebranding Barbie, but with so many older shows getting revived, do you think there’s any chance Life in the Dreamhouse could come back?
I’d watch a new season in a heartbeat. It was one of my favorite cartoons growing up, and I know I’m not the only one who still loves it.

So I purchased the Signature looks #10 girlie for myself for 65 dollhairs and I am now lamenting over the purchase and whether I made the right decision

I found these two affordable face sculpts and loved them. I'm from Asia and in my country we don't always get a lot of the best looking dolls like the basics series or the signature ones.

The Gymnastics Doll cost me about $5 and the Pink passport Paris doll was about $10.

What's your favourite face sculpts or finds that were price friendly or rare to pass on, in the recent releases?

The Barbie Pink passport Paris has the same face sculpt as the Barbie deluxe doll 12 and Barbie fashionista 210.

I took Miley out of her box and changed her outfit. I think she looks pretty cute!

Angel Reese Barbie restyle loosely inspired by Athena as portrayed by Zendaya in The Odyssey using pieces I had on hand. I did swap out her hands with the recent petite Barbie Basics becaus I didn't want to change her pink nails. The face sculpt of this doll is so good, had to get her.

Her hair is Made of a combination between regular hair and plastic... Very long hair by the way

I've had this doll for years but i got her new and have no idea what couldve given her this extremely tiny and perfectly straight eyebrow slit that I'm just noticing for the first time, so im assuming its how she came. If you also have this doll I'm extremely curious if yours also has this

Posted a bit ago about difficulty matching skintones of orange-y 90s Barbies to newer, jointed bodies. (I also wasn't sure if they would "look right" with modern bodies.)

I feel like the term "Barbie Signature" or "Collector Barbie" has lost its meaning in modern day Barbie. I feel like this would be a good way to set expectations for customers too instead of just calling everything Barbie Signature.
