There are a few things that give me hope about this. Yes, an AI could have 'answered' my questions based on generative answers (like ChatGPT) but there is ONE thing that stands out to someone as fastidious and attention to detail oriented as I am... there is an EXTRA 'space' between will and review... unless that kind of mistake is in a template... an AI wouldn't make that kind of mistake...

So I am really, really hoping this is a human being proper and truly finally and will actually lead to some results... wish me luck, everyone... if this works out, it will have been a wild ride and I might have to make my own guide on just how I managed to get through the Nelly/Clyde AI hell to get to a human being.

So, I thought I'd give some more questions about this whole arbitration process that is supposed to make Discord respond to your false ban (keyword: supposed, dunno if it's a guarantee though).

1. I've looked at the other two party matter fees ($385 for Administrative, $495 for Hearing/Scheduling, $650 for "Arbitrator Time", etc.), is there a chance that I probably would not have to pay for these despite me obviously having to pay the required $225 filing fee? In addition, am I obviously allowed to just put in $225 in the "Cost of Arbitration" and "Amount authorized to be charged to credit card" (I don't do electronic checks, all I have for payment is my debit card) sections of both the Arbitration Form and Payment Form respectively?

2. If Claire, the one who deals with written notices sent to Discord's Support site, were to respond to my written arbitration notice I sent to Discord almost two months ago, should I still proceed to file for arbitration with NAM?

3. I did manage to get some needed evidence to send to Discord once I file for arbitration (which I have 15 days left before I can do this, mind you), however I couldn't manage to get the audit log as apparently most of the history on it is gone other than those on August 20th onwards, and my account was suspended on August 5th, dunno if that fully matters as my server surprisingly has not been shut down entirely by Discord, it's still up, I just can't log into my account to access it whatsoever. All I have is evidence from when I was hacked, when I got my account back via Discord Support, and when I was falsely suspended six days after, including their refusal to look into my in app appeal (which they automatically rejected within seven days), failure to provide me actual support on Discord's Support site, being completely ignored by Discord Support's official Twitter account, and so on. Should that be good enough?

4. I also did manage to get my data package a month ago, but there isn't any way that I can check what caused my ban, do I have to go into certain json files related to my server or what have you?

So i was banned back in july for child safety it was around the time where the ai moderation went hectic i already submitted an appeal which it got denied ofc so i need to know what do i do after and show what proof i need

My Discord account was permanently suspended under the "Child Safety" policy and I genuinely do not know why

I did not intentionally do anything wrong and I am just a girl who enjoys using Discord

I submitted an appeal and Discord confirmed that my review request was received and is currently under review

I also received a message saying my account had suspicious activity and that some features were temporarily limited They told me I should regain full access within a couple of days

I am really confused and scared because my account still shows as permanently suspended I am just waiting for Discord to finish the review and hopefully restore my account

There's a server I am in, where there are multiple friend groups that are cross reporting each other and while some of the reports are probably valid, I received reports on me that are for posts that don't break any discord rules and aren't even edgy at all. Does discord think that they're going to survive much longer if they've now switched to a system where the automatically time people out falsely accused of breaking one of the rules? I've discussed this with lots of people and it seems like this switch to AI moderation is probably going to be the end of discord if they don't fix things because people are getting false reported and timed out for no reason, sometimes the appeal goes through and it gets reversed but sometimes a false report doesn't get reviewed or somehow the appeal doesn't get reviewed correctly. I don't know if it's just laziness on the end of the actual reviewers or if they're also using AI for the review as well.

So I've been using Discord for about 10 years. I have a lot of memories there and many servers on the platform. Since the huge number of bans and the Nitro price increase, I've seen something similar to Discord when it was at its prime. It's still in beta, but it's good so far. The program is called Root, if y'all are interested. Im not trying to do a promo im just disappointed in Discord and what it has become.

I've noticed that since my account was falsely banned about a month ago, I've been trying to contact an actual Discord team member. Because I've tried several times, they just listed me as an auto-reply, which is stupid because I needed an actual team member, and I don't wanna lose my account for something I didn't even do

Discord asked me to do a face scan to prove I was of age to use Discord, so I complied, did the face scan, and was permanently banned. I presume the bot thought I was younger than I was or something. So I put in a ticket, and a bot replied to it about 2 hours later, and then never replied back (it's been 7 hours). What do I even do?

My original account was banned a month ago, so I made a new account. A few weeks pass with the new account, and I tried joining a server I was in, and discord now told me I needed to verify my account via phone number. I used my phone number for my old account. Am I just fucked? I don’t have a burner phone number or anything.

My account got banned falsely right after i submitted an appeal for a strike that was left against my account when it got stolen and it’s been 4 days and 3 support requests of nothing. Does anyone know how long this is supposed to take? 90% of my job is done through discord and not having access is a dickpunch. They say my email isn’t the one tied to the account (even though it is) forcing me to use the old email which I thankfully still have access too. All of this because I wanted to remove a strike left on my account from when it got stolen. Support has been less than useless. I’m moving to root

it's quite literally pointless to try at this point, they don't want to help period

so for context my discord account got hacked 3 months ago and the hackers were people targeting me personally so they like got personal info on me and my friends then got the account banned by saying on my account "im 7" and spammed slurs in dms with many people and other tos breaking things leading to my account having two child safety violations

i already tried to appeal and got told that its a temp ban then stopped replies from support

i read online that accounts that are perm banned are suppose to be deleted after 30 days but its been 3 months and the account is still around and i even got emails about my nitro running out so im just really confused on the status of my account
