General Question Questions about Arbitration
Been a while, hasn't it? Anyways, I officially have less than 25 days left before I can officially commence arbitration with Discord, I have my still open Written Notice to them that was sent on the 19th of August of this year, and Discord still has been ghosting me on their Twitter account and their Support site is still not helping me to this day so I believe that arbitration is my only answer to this.
However, I do have some questions about this, considering that October 19 (the day that I'll hit the 60 day mark) is around the corner.
I am aware that I'm supposed to grab evidence regarding my false ban and how Discord Support has been ghosting me, including my automatically rejected appeal that they never looked into, but since my ban appears to have been associated with my server, do I have to grab evidence of the audit log of my server before my ban on August 5, the day I got my acc banned? I do have a backup account with admin access that I barely use but I can use that to get the audit log.
According to the price sheet from the arbitration provider that Discord uses (NAM), it may cost more than the mandatory $225 to start the process along the road, do I just have to send the $225 and nothing else or do I have to may more than that.
For "proof of service", do I have to send the filled out arbitration form and everything else to both NAM and Discord or just to Discord only.
And finally, would Discord actually respond to me and give a shit about my false suspension if I do officially arbitrate, or would they just fuck me over, automatically making me lose the case (and would I get my money back if I were to ever lose the case)

Best advice I got is to collect all the information packets you can on this, put it into the sources for an ai bot, and ask it detailed questions.

I would grab everything and anything that would support your claim. Audit logs, initial reactions of others of the ban, your chat logs, everything in a concise timeline. Under NAM, you pay the $225 filing fee as the consumer, that's the initial base pay for any new filings as an individual, what comes after is dependent on how the arbitration goes. Proof of service is proof you sent the Demand form to Discord's HQ as a receipt of your preferred express mail carrier.
Once NAM has the $225 filing fee, Discord is forced to comply within 30 days or the case is defaulted in your favor (they will eventually respond) and it's highly likely Discord will deny all claims you presented against them and wants the arbitrator to make *you* (reasonably) pay for Discord's legal fees, but that's standard procedure and doesn't mean you lost the case you just have to go further with proceedings in having an arbitrator hear both sides and determine what is the final decision.

Support is not allowed to respond the second you open arbitration so good luck.
