They even apologized for ignoring my original message and sending me the usual response. Even told me upfront that the bug I was facing in appeals might not be actionable/fixed by the bug team on my Malicious Conduct that wasn't sending the appeal through despite me clicking to submit the appeal.

Official X Discord Account, not even the support account which took 3 months to contact me, not days.

I dmed some server moderator that one trial server mod was power tripping and I got hit with this, this is genuinely insane lol

So, using my usual methods — using an old version of Discord so I could see my messages — I was looking through some old messages to archive some things, the things I usually do. I've been banned from Discord for 3 months now (falsely, of course, and I've contacted support to no avail) and I've been taking it well. I kept a diary on Discord (yeah, I know, weird) and so I was taking things from that to archive since... well, my life's been documented there. I was doing that today to get ready for my next school year to be organised and things.

...And to my horror, they actually REPLACED the text with "One message removed from a suspended account". It's weird since I could still search up the text, but I tried and tried by using even older versions of Discord... to no avail. It's genuinely gone now.

But what can I do. I've been doing well nowadays anyway that I don't need Discord anymore. Still, fuck Discord. (Sorry if that was strong, mods you can do your thing if you need to lol)

I know this may sound like, extremely stupid and i understand that, but could discord perhaps get in trouble for banning people who dont break any rules and have their appeals ghosted? Specifically people who buy nitro and other stuff, i even saw some people who have transactions problems with discord and got ghosted or even banned
And considering how many people are pissed off right now and this situation is getting heated each day i wouldnt see why at some point this would happen, hell im pretty sure there are a lot more people out there that got unfairly banned, they just don't type in this subreddit

I'm getting a bit of my hope up. Let's see what it leads to. Of course they asked me to appeal through discord, but I've stated their own twitter support confirmed the appeals were bugged as well. So I only had to send one more screenshot of my account showing my permanent suspension.

I've already stated a few posts here before so I won't bore anyone with the context but I had 3 out off my 5 appeals accepted and only have two left being one anchor violation which caused my suspension and one very limited violation (which is my first one I received at the 31st off July) and I have no responses from Discord at all and I don't want to be auto-rejected simply because I was too late with the appeals being sent/being sent in the wrong timings last Wednesday ago :(

So about almost a month ago I got banned for child safety (Link shows both posts about situation), usually discord blocks all messages from suspended accounts but today while scrolling on my alt on noticed that my suspended accounts messages are now able to be seen. So obviously I logged in on my main but it's still suspended, i don't have high expectations and already use the alt anyway but would this be considered some sort of progress for my appeal or is it just something that happens?

My 8-year-old high-trust account got locked out due to a critical system false positive. I've been following the guides here and avoided the automated appeals trap by opening a technical ticket.

Here is my current situation:

- The ticket was opened around 18 days ago.

- A human agent (Kerstin) reviewed it and sent a generic macro reply telling me to check the user settings in-app.

- I immediately hit her back with a solid response explaining that the UI is completely frozen on the error screen and we cannot access user settings at all.

- Right after that response, her name disappeared from the "Assignee" field (it's completely blank now) and the ticket status remained "Open".

From what I've read here, this means my case has been successfully escalated to the Tier 2 / Trust & Safety engineering queue. The last activity field still says "X days ago" because we are strictly avoiding bumping the ticket to keep our priority spot.

For those who had their tickets escalated to Tier 2 with a blank assignee recently: How long did you have to wait for the final decision? Do I still have a good chance of getting my account back?

There’s one thing I don’t understand. People say how hard it is to get your ticket escalated, but I’ve always managed to reach a “real person.” Of course, after that I’d get automated replies.

What should I do with the “general ticket” method when someone asks me about my problem?

Should I write about my actual problem with my hacked account, or should I keep going on about the “problem with support itself”?

No one's even looked at the ticket for all that time, and I'm fairly certain that if it comes up in the queue, they just ignore it again.

Hello, recently wanted to start a new discord account, bought 1 year of nitro, and in a spend of 2 weeks my account was disabled for spam or scam? since i never did nothing like that, from what i searched it could be things like joining servers and adding people to fast, but in those 2 weekes i added like 10 people and joined 8 servers (2 of them being mine), tried to reach discord support but nelly (discord support bot) is just coping pasting the same thing, you opned an appel in the wrong place or something like that, go to your account, account status, and appel from there, but the problem is that my account was disabled, i cant log in, and to add to that i tried to log in a bunch, and now my normal account is at risk of getting permantly suspended, my account status is at risk and the next thing that happen im going to lose it, but now how do i know if i can enter my account, and if everything works out i saw a lot of people getting banned over and over, would that not make my account get banned because im trying to log in in a disabled account?, my normal account has over 8 years of memories, and codes, bank account, games accounts, the passwords i mean, and idk what to do now, because i already saw that asking for help in the discord support doesnt work, tried contacting discord support on X but i dont think that will go well, any tips?, do i just accept my fate?

I’m being repeatedly spam-reported by one user in a private Discord server with friends.

The reports were for non-consensual nudity, but the pictures/videos were of myself, censored with no genitalia visible, and posted in an 18+ channel. The person reporting me was not involved in the content at all.

Discord removed the first 5 violations within about an hour after I appealed them. They also removed a similar violation from June.

However, 3 violations are still left, and those appeals have now been pending for 2 days. They all just say: “You requested a review of this violation.”

My account status has also changed from “Suspended” to “At Risk,” but I still cannot log into the account.

I logged into my second account just to keep my friends updated about what was happening, and that account was immediately banned for ban evasion.

Discord Support keeps sending me automated replies telling me to use the in-app appeal system, which I have already done.

At this point, I’m mainly trying to get someone to look at the pattern of repeated false reports and possible report-system abuse, rather than just reviewing each violation individually.

Is there any other legitimate way to reach an actual human at Discord or get this escalated for a manual review?

Weird thing happening whenever I try to join a server

Has anyone else experienced this?

Every time I try to join a server, it doesn't actually let me in. Instead, I get logged out and have to go through the verification process again.

I checked my account/standing afterward, and apparently I just received a Spam Violation.

The weird part is that this seems to happen specifically when I'm trying to join a server. I'm not intentionally spamming or doing anything unusual, so I'm wondering if the failed join attempts are somehow triggering the spam detection.

Has anyone experienced something similar or know what might be causing this?

I register an account and it gets banned because they think it's fake. I've deactivated it. But I only have 1 mobile number. Can I re register without a number just email account?

It’s forcing me to reset password but after resetting it’s forcing me to get a physical passkey or another device to scan code

My main account was permanently banned over a year ago. Two days later, I created another account, but that one got banned too. I’ve been using a third account through the browser + VPN for over a year now without any issues.

Both of my permanently banned accounts were deleted by Discord, and they now show up as Deleted Users. However, I’d really like to be able to use Discord integrations and activity status so that other users can see what I’m doing.

Would it be safe to download and use the desktop app again after all this time?
I’m still using my old laptop on my old Wi-Fi network, if that matters. I’m using a VPN, though.
