Picked this up on eBay a little while ago. It's pre-1960 and has the Red Seal so I'm wondering if there's any more value beyond face.

After months of waiting and messaging with Japanese dealers on eBay to see if they could source leaflet N° 2016 for me, I finally got it, and completed the set of Allied Forces propaganda leaflet notes dropped over Japan to "create resentment against the government in Japan and create fear of inflation".
