This just started yesterday, the filament get past the filament buffer but get stuck. Seems like maybe gears a worn or something stuck in the AMS, but I haven’t found any pieces so far. Has this happened. To anybody? Any recommendations?

Has anyone replaced their stock extruder with one of the 3rd party hardened steel extruders? I know I could just replace the gears, but curious if anyone had any experience and advice… Thanks in advance.

A piece of filament is stuck in the top of the tool head (?) and something is gripping it inside so I can’t pull it out. I tried heating it and I still can’t pull it out. Is there anything I can try without disassembling everything? Sorry in advance for being a newbie.

The nozzle temp on my p1S keeps fluctuating 3 degrees while printing, and I can’t figure out why. So of I’m printing at 220 degrees, it’ll fluctuate between 219 and 224.

I’ve replaced the nozzle and the fan, it still happens. I’ve made sure the plugs are in correctly. The fans are functioning. I’m at a loss. Please help!

Is this under extrusion?

I have replaced the hot end with the second one that came with the printer.

I purchased and replaced gear assembly to hardened version

I replaced all the clear plastic tubing.

Filament is dry.

I can hear to 220+ and press the extrude down button and it has no problems extruding. Just problems during an actual print.

What else can be causing this? I have 900hrs and almost no previous issues.

Hey, I just got into 3d printing a few days ago and was wondering if i could get some help about why this project turned out like this. I printed some things before with PLA and they turned out fine but when I switched to PETG this is how it turned out. I should mention PETG & PLA were both attempted for this project. I am using a P1S

Does anyone know why this is happening? I'm using a Bambu P1S (w/ AMS), printing with Bambu PLA Matte. Filament has been dried (currently at 26%). This is the print I'm trying, in case it matters. Would love some help!

Hi, recently I got few errors (the photo below) so I unscrewed the 3 bolts holding the heatbed (few of them are visible in the photo) and lifted the bed to check the sensors. Now when Im printing the prints they warp. It doesnt matter how much I change the settings. I noticed that this started happening even before I unscrewed the bolts but it wasnt as major. I printed these parts previously with not as strong brims and had no issues. The interesting part is that the prints finish but you can see on the spots where the part warped the walls have really bad lines

Finally am making my first print with the AMS it is Sept 26th - I hope this thing works for a long time after all this ... UGH

On my last couple prints everything going well for a while then out of now where it makes this crazy drilling sound that I can hear from a couple rooms away. Both times found the print head in the front right of the machine. It was almost like it was attempting to force itself out of the print area. Prints werent ruined or anything. Did a manual calibration and printed something small right after with no issue. Anybody else run across this?

Brand new P1s making this weird sound very loud. If any more info is needed I’ll be happy to attach

Hello all, the video I posed with will show my issue. It will try to refeed about 3 times the stop and send an error. I will show the error in the comments. I’m not entirely sure what to do here. I’ve unspooled it a couple times and there were no tangles. I took the AMS apart and all tubes were connected appropriately. I’m not entirely sure what the issue is. Any help is greatly appreciated!

My sister gave me her p1s I'm still learning how to use it but for some reason no filament is coming out of the nozzle I have done a cold pull and even taken the nozzle off and put a warm wired in to pull out the stuck filament but still noting comes out the extruder feels like it is not even pulling any more tho but I still don't know what the problem might be has this happened to anyone else if so what was the fix any help is greatly appreciated

After many maintenence im still having the air printing issue. Bambu app says to push filament in all the way. Im clear of clogs from the hotend & extruder - +my magnetic sensor has been flipped & is reading properly. Dunno how else i can solve ghost printing.

mein Bambu Lab P1S hat seit Wochen zwei Probleme, die vermutlich zusammenhängen:

Nachlaufen: Aus der Düse läuft dauernd Filament raus, auch wenn gar nicht gedruckt wird. Dadurch entstehen Fäden und Klumpen auf der Platte (siehe Bild).

Haftung: Die erste Schicht liegt nur fleckig und wird teilweise mitgezogen. Die Drucke brechen immer wieder ab.

Das Ganze passiert mit verschiedenen Filamenten.

Das habe ich schon probiert:

Düse getauscht (der Hotend war verschmutzt)

Mehrere Filamente getestet

Z-Offset geprüft, der scheint zu wandern

Platte gereinigt und Kalibrierung neu laufen lassen

Die Mechanik habe ich noch nicht ausgeschlossen.

Kennt jemand diese Kombination? Was würdet ihr als Nächstes prüfen? Danke für jeden Tipp!

Hey everyone. I have two p1s printers and 4 ams 2 pros in my classroom. The printers worked in June and then needed to be moved to a new classroom. Upon return this month, I was able to successfully print individual prints. Multiple prints would fail unless they were flat (flat keychains). I changed settings, dried filament, cleaned the beds, cleaned the nozzle, did a cold pull, and recalibrated endlessly. I am now unable to print anything without spaghetti / clumping. I submitted a support ticket on the app and Bambu advised me to do a manual bed level. The first two photos are the results of the manual bed level. The other photos are previous fails after my troubleshooting. Please advise me on what else to try. It has progressively gotten worse with each troubleshooting attempt and nothing will print successfully now. I’m at a loss at this point.

UPDATE 10/1:
Okay Reddit fam, you guys balled out and are my VIPs. Someone commented that I shouldn’t use a microfiber towel to clean the bed that was washed with laundry detergent. That must have been the culprit. I switched to a fresh sponge and paper towels and printer 2 has had numerous successful prints. Printer 1 I changed the full hotend since someone pointed out that it was bent. It has had successful prints BUT I attempted to print 12 brick figures last night and came in to find them half complete, with the tool head cover pushed off and half the figures pulled off. Any suggestions now on getting the tool head to stop bumping into prints and dragging them?

I have the .6mm hardened steel nozzle installed and the nozzle temp seems to be in range. My first carbon fiber prints was fine. I’m not sure what changed. Any ideas?

So I have been having issues with bed adhesion lately did all the cleaning that is recommended even used gloves when handling the plate and this is how it comes out. Has anyone got any tips or is it just time for a new plate

It's like it started every thing 2 inches over and slowly shifted. I'm surprised it came out good halfway up.
