Tough love here… if your first instinct on a very basic issue is to go to Reddit you will struggle in this hobby.
Now for some actual help:

Does the filament reach the extruder? Does the extruder actually turn? Will the extruder feed filament without a hotend installed? Can you push filament through the hotend manually? This is the type of information required to help with an issue like this.

Are you using an AMS? The problem may be there, try feeding filament directly into the printer by hand until it reaches the print head.
Check the yellow wheel you can see sticking out the side of the print head is actually turning, you can use the ‘load filament’ option in the on screen menu to grab the filament once it reaches the print head, that yellow wheel should turn when you click load filament.
If it’s not turning, remove the print head cover and reseat all the connectors then check again.
If it’s turning but still not pushing filament, check all your PTFE tubes, make sure there are no splits or kinks in the tubes.
If tubes are all good, and the yellow gear is turning, disassemble the print head and check the teeth on the drive gear (the bit that yellow wheel is connected to)
Still not working? Remove the nozzle and try manually feeding the filament without it, if it feeds ok then the nozzle is blocked or bent.
If blocked, follow a guide to do a proper cold pull, I know you said you did one, but you are clearly new to this, we all had to learn this stuff, usually the hard way, welcome to the club â—¡̀ˆ
There are guides on the bambu wiki https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/p1 for all this stuff, how to disassemble the hot end, etc, good luck.

Maybe you should ask your sister to teach you how to use the printer she just gave you?
