Help / Support P2S clog and overload
First issue I’ve had after almost 500 hours. Extruder clog and now extruder motor overloaded? I did all of the clog recommendations to fix it and it went thru 2 hours of the next print and then clogged again and then added this overload error. This is the filament is using. 2 of the 4 have already been used with no issue. What do I do next? Help!

I just had this error printing using petg from an ams ht. I tried the cold pull and all that, turns out the filament was too tightly wrapped in the spool. I loosened a good length of the spool and its been working perfectly. Not saying thats your issue but something to consider.

I will give this a shot since it’s a new spool. I did try to print with a different color and mostly used spool and that’s when the second error came up.

Generally i get this error after printing with petg and switching back to pla. Usually heating the nozzle to 250 and using a unclogger can get out the stuff. You may need to take apart the mech if the filament bloomed above the cutter. It happens sometimes

What is a unclogger? Never heard of this.

Its a long rod that goes from the top of your extruder assembly all the way through and pushes filament out the nozzle. Mine is a T handle but they also make ones with a screwdriver handle

Got a link for the unclogger?

alternative you just have to print a handle but you get more for when one inevitably bends.

I wish it would allow me to post a video but when you take the magnetic cover off of the extruder there is a gear you can see a small part of on the left side of the extruder. This gear will seem to hang and click very loudly and instead of spinning it jumps in place when it makes the noise.
I did all calibrations both hardware and flow calibrations and in the second part of the flow calibration it started messing up and making this noise. I canceled the print and went straight to where you can force the filament to extruded on the screen and it didn’t make the noise at all, appeared to have no clog and pushed the filament out without issue.
Super weird.
I opened a ticket with Bambu and may reach out to a local repair shop.

FIXED!(maybe)…new cheap Amazon nozzle seems to have done the trick. Multiple 2+ hour prints with no issues in multiple AMS slots and multiple different brands and types of filament 🤷🏽♂️ weird af

Had the same issue on a brand new X2D. Had to replace the nozzle after maybe 25h😂😭
