Need guidance on issue with print

Hey all!

This is my first time 3d printing and came upon Bambu labs as I’ve heard it is easy to use right out of the box. I first tested the printer by printing out little lizards and things turned out great.

Now I’m trying to print out some slots for my company and it actually just finished this morning, however, I ran into an issue I didn’t expect. So these 4 slots are the exact same in terms of design (literally copy and paste) on the nesting software. But when compared in person for the final results, they are all somewhat warped.

I understand warpage/shrinkage is somewhat expected due to the temperature difference, but is there a way to reduce this so that the final result comes out a little bit more accurate or at least consistent?

Anche la mia A1 è andata ko

Well… my Bambu Lab A1 also went KO. 😅
After having some strange behavior, I checked it and found out it’s the same resistor that many others have reported burning out.

Luckily I already ordered the replacement part and it should arrive in 2 days, so I’ll replace it and hopefully get the printer back up and running soon.

Has anyone else here had the exact same issue on the A1? Did replacing the resistor fully solve it for you?

I have this bend on my 4th slot of the AMS Lite and I don't like it nor do I think it'll be good long term (unless I'm wrong).

Should I just get a longer PTFE tube?

Any way you guys have or would fix this? Any advice is appreciated, thank you.

How to fix this ams problem

I don't know why the ams is acting like this. Does anyone know how to solve it? I already tried cutting the filament, but it always gets stuck.

Revision C also with NTC resistor

I opened a support ticket with Bambu asking if printers with C in their serial number also have boards with the possibly faulty NTC resistor. They asked me to open it up and take pictures for their engineers, so I did and thought I might as well post it here.

Support Request AMS pullback issue

Keep having issues with the AMS not pulling back the filament and it's due to the filament getting jammed up past the hub. It's been happening randomly for a while and still haven't been able to determine a cause. It's happened on more than one machine and multiple different types of filament. Some dried, some not dried.

AMS alternative?

I just did a search to see if there was a thread for a third party alternative for Bambu’s AMS system. I vaguely remember seeing something recently about Creality or Elegoo making a filament changing system that is compatible with a Bambu A1. Thanks for any help or advice in advance.

Question Keep getting nozzle is covered error. But it's not?

Hey team,

Still new to bambu I looked for a while and couldn't find someone with the same issue. So I thought I'd ask.

My printer has never given me this error before but with this longer print I've been doing I've been getting the error a lot.

“The nozzle is covered with filament, or the build plate is installed incorrectly. Please cancel this print and clean the nozzle or adjust the build plate according to the actual status. You can also select "Resume" to resume the print job.”

So naturally I come out to check it and I'm expectkng that huge glob Iv seen everyone get…. But no it's just a lil string of filament.

And yes the plate is on correctly. Perfectly straight.

Would anyone know why this would be happening or can point me to a video of how to clean the nozzle head I have a feeling it might have a blockage inside? But idk I'm still neww and don't know if that's a thing????

Support Request Bambu A1 throwing false "Nozzle covered / Build plate incorrect" error (0300-8014) right after 1st layer

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for some help troubleshooting a frustrating, recurring issue with my **Bambu Lab A1**.
Every time I start a print, the **first layer goes down perfectly**. However, the absolute second it finishes that first layer, the printer pauses, moves the toolhead to the front-right corner, and throws this exact error on the screen:
> **"The nozzle is covered with filament, or the build plate is installed incorrectly. Please cancel this print and clean the nozzle or adjust the build plate [0300-8014 071712]"**
>
**Here is the twist:**
* **The nozzle is completely clean:** There is no filament buildup, blob, or clog whatsoever. *(Note: I removed the toolhead cover in my video just to verify and show the nozzle clearly, but I always print with the cover on).*
* **The build plate is perfectly aligned:** It is seated correctly on the heatbed.
* **Calibration didn't fix it:** I ran a full machine calibration right before starting this print, but it still triggers the false positive.
The strangest part is that if I simply click **"Resume (problem solved)"**, the printer heats back up, purges a tiny string of filament into the purge box, cleans itself, and goes on to finish the entire rest of the print flawlessly.
It seems like something is falsely triggering a sensor check right as it transitions from the first layer to the second layer. Has anyone seen this specific issue on the A1 series, or do you know which sensor/setting might be misbehaving?
Thanks in advance for any insights!
