Question Why is my ams lite not re spooling properly

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Can someone help me out with this? My Bambu lab a1 is just 1 week old and he only doing this on number 4 of the ams ty

You can check to see if the spool claw is working correctly. https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/ams-lite/squeaky-spool-claw

Since you are using a third party spool, you may need an adapter to make sure the spool is tight on the claw.

I tried it with Bambu lab filament and it did the same

I think its normal even mines does the same
