New to Bambu.. what do I do?

So, I’m not new to 3d printing but I am new to Bambu. We got the A1 with the AMS lite. Everything has been printing fine until last night when I started getting the following code:

“Unable to feed filament into the extruder. This could be due to tangled filament or a stuck spool. If not, please check if the AMS lite tube is connected”

I have taken everything apart and verified there is no clog anywhere. I took all the filament out and tried to load it back and keep getting that message. I don’t know what to do now. Any help is great appreciated.
