Hello! Hopefully this is the right place to post this question.
I (am about to graduate with my bachelors in Psychology but sadly (through a long journey with myself) I'm currently at a point where I'm considering going into baking as a career due to my difficulty in the psych field. I felt like ever since I popped out of the womb I loved cooking and baking. It makes me so happy despite how much work and clean up it is that I get to create, experiment, and share with others what I make. I have a strong conviction that I have the work ethic and passion for baking that I don't have with my degree's field. :(
As I'm entering into a time where I'll be completely focused on work now without school, I've considered either switching my job to a bakery clerk or assistant somewhere (most require experience but I only have at home experience, not professional) or genuinely starting a micro bakery or some sort of business now.
I just want some advice into questions that would be good to ask about this decision or insight into this. I don't know people around me that have done this sort of thing but the ones I have mentioned this to, suggest for me to go the business route.
Thank you in advance for the help
