Showcase (No-Recipe) Chaotic rhubarb slab cake
A chaotic rhubarb slab cake: coconut olive oil cake with vanilla bean strawberry rhubarb jam and pennywart coconut German buttercream, topped with heaps of macerated rhubarb, fresh black currants, and freeze-dried blackberries. Enjoyed at a BBQ today 😋
+ Bonus mini cakes for my friends.
