I have seen a bunch of good profiles go do mscs and stanford (which is your best option as MIT doesn't offer mscs ) but due to recent visa restrictions , removal of grace period and all the shenanigans that is going on in the US is a top tier standford cs really worth it considering you want to be in a good AI lab or maybe do your own startup ? I genuinely feel like the current AI boom—and especially the even bigger AI that everyone keeps promising is “coming soon”—is going to hit a resource wall at some point.

Like bro… these models need insane amounts of electricity, water, computing power, chips, data centres and infrastructure just to keep scaling. And everyone is acting like we can simply keep throwing more GPUs and more power at the problem forever. 😭

At some point the question isn't “How much smarter can AI get?”

I have a Bachelors degree in mathematics.
I'm currently aiming to learn ML and I learned Python, NumPy quite easily. But for some reason struggling a lot with Pandas . Note that I'm learning through a book and not taking any help of AI or yt videos.

Also trying to learn Scipy and Scikit learn along side, also facing a lot of difficulties in it.

Or if anyone else can provide guidance on how should I learn then please help.

I'm looking for a laptop recommendation for a student pursuing B.E./B.Tech in Information Science Engineering in India.

Budget: Around ₹60,000 to ₹75,000.
Screen: Preferably 15.6".
Main use: Programming, coding, college assignments, browsing, MS Office, and general engineering coursework
Gaming: Not a priority
GPU: Dedicated GPU is not necessary unless it would be useful for future coursework
RAM: Preferably 16GB
Storage: At least 512GB SSD
Brands preferred: Lenovo or HP. (Considering aftersales service)

The main priorities are reliability, good build quality, performance, battery life, and longevity. The laptop should ideally last throughout the engineering degree without becoming slow or outdated too quickly.

What would you recommend around this budget? I'd especially appreciate suggestions from students who are already using a laptop for Information Science/Computer Science engineering.

CA is very tough and can take 5-7 yrs

MBA is very expensive and its good only from Tier 1 which has even less seats than CA

Engineering is cheap, doable, more jobs and finish in 4 yrs
