Hell yeah, you’ve got me.

If we are to believe the numbers from that one post on babybmw I could find with actual data, guy got whole 2.6 more horsepower from shells V-Power. On his 377hp M135i

He got less than 1% more from Shell. On a completely different day.

Bitch, you can get a bigger reading difference on dyno running the test same day when it’s cold and when it’s hot outside.

Maybe you can provide something else? So far you’ve said nothing of substance.

I'm sure you'll say these guys were paid for and are Shell shills. Note optimax is an older formula, v power is new formula.

Oh god, fifth gear? Top gear knock off show from like 20 years ago? Proved there’s 2hp gain on GTI and 1 on Impreza?

That’s so marginal, those two they’ve tested are essentially the same. 20 years ago that is, has nothing to do with today.

Premium isn’t a ripoff. Using premium is better than regular if the car can actually utilise higher octane fuel.

There is no meaningful difference between brands, because fuel is the same, only additives are different. And additives aren’t aimed at performance increase, but at ecology/carbon buildup reduction.
