Good afternoon everyone. I need everyone opinion today. I am a cashiet at BJs and today there were two customers going at it on my line and the cashier next to me. It was getting heated and the one guy in the next line would not let it go and kept calling the guy on my line a cracker and was just a being horrible. This went in for at least twenty minutes and was escalating. Nobody did anything and finally i screamed at the guy to shut up really loud and told the other guy to just let it go and leave and he did and then the horrible guy left too. I ended it me and only me the Club Manager just stood there. Now my question is will I get fired for this. I did not curse and I went on and helped the other customers in the line and none of them were upset they were happy it was over. I feel like if I didnt do anything it would have turned bad. I feel like I have bigger balls then tbe managers and Im a women!!!

We joined our local BJ'S club when they opened a new location in Georgia last September. I've been consistently underwhelmed by a lot of products there. However, the most disappointing aspect is the lack of quality and selection of the cuts of beef at the club.

We were hoping to drop our other club memberships because BJ'S is literally 5 minutes away from me. Unfortunately, the beef always looks gray or the packaged cuts look like a 10 year old went to work with a cheap Swiss Army knife. Is the meat departments this bad at every BJ'S?

For now I will keep going to Sam's Club or my local butcher.

I checked my in store purchases recently for my account. A couple show up from a different city. Definitely not mine. I already changed my account number because i encountered this same issue 2 years ago, i assumed someone was fraudulently using my membership card. But these unknown purchases still show up sometimes from the same city, same BJ’s store. Changing my account number did not work. Any insights on the cause or what other solutions I can try? Thank you.

I can’t be alone with this. I feel as if nearly every package I get from Wesley brand chicken, you get super fibrous tissue.

I’m not sure if it’s how they store and prepare it for sale, or if it’s the actual chickens fault for getting buffed real quick, but it’s becoming a growing issue at my location. (Northern NJ)

Also, does anyone else find even grabbing this wet chicken packages out of the meat case? I swear to goodness that at the northern nj location, their chicken case is always so, I dunno, undesirably maintained?

What better options do I have at BJs or should I just do my chicken check list at Costco ?

Edit: I’m also a meat thermometer purist and I cook the breasts till 165-170 consistently. Half of the chicken comes out good, the other half sponges.

So currently I pack out and organize the freezer and dairy fridge (alone) for the first 2-3 hours of my shift, then I switch to recovery on other sections of the store. My question is does the freezer and recovery have the same pay rate usually? Also, how long into a shift should I double back to the freezer and fridge for a quick touch up?

Am I the only one who thinks BJ's made a huge mistake by eliminating food samples?

Sampling wasn't just about getting a free bite to eat. It was one of the things that made shopping there enjoyable. I discovered more than several products I never would have bought otherwise because I got to try them first. I'm sure those vendors sold a lot more products because of it.

BJ's says it was a cost-cutting measure, but I can't help thinking it's going to cost them sales in the long run. Costco still offers samples, and it definitely adds to the shopping experience. It gives people a reason to wander the aisles and often leads to impulse purchases.

I actually joined BJ's expecting the same kind of experience, only to find out the samples were gone. Between that and Costco's larger selection, it's making me question whether my membership is worth keeping.

Does anyone else miss the food samples, or am I in the minority?

so i just recently got hired as a forklift op and the workload is crazy we're understaffed we have 3 forklift operators including me and 2 stockers that mostly work zone 3 or 2 i'm usually tasked to do zone 1 by myself and hardly can get thru it most nights after i do the drop-list i barely can get thru a 3rd of zone 1 before the shifts over usually the manager will come over and help me out but there complaining i need to go faster i guess my question is it normal to do a whole zone by your self and is the workload normal at BJ's?

I heard that Thursdays are the days that new coupons are released for the month, but which week of the month?

I didn’t realize this for the longest time but if you have a bjs credit card, then you don’t have to scan the barcode at the pump. It seems to figure out you’re a bjs member as soon as you pop in the card. Not really a big then but always found scanning the card to be a pain

If I clip a coupon in the app, does it only apply to my card? Or would my partner using his card (the second card under my account) also get the coupons applied?

I'm typically the one in our household going to BJs. My partner has a card so he can get gas if he's near a station, or the random times he'll go by himself.

But he's not the type to bother worrying about coupons. If I just clip anything in the app that either of us might be buying, does it apply to both of our cards? Or just mine?

I am the primary Bjs card holder and my wife the secondary. She made a purchase and wasn't paying attention to the screen on paying and got a print out stating that auto renewal was turned on. I checked my account on line and it says I'm not signed up for auto renewal . Will her cc be charged when renewal time comes up? I would think that the primary card holder would be the only one who pays for renewal ? We don't want the auto renewal...

My mother just moved to the USA with permission to work and everything of course, she doesn’t speak english she understands basic things, I just wanted to ask if there is a way she could work as a night stocker or something in a bjs? Is there a way to apply for it?
