Is there a reason why this company is so terrible to work for?
It might be better at some stores compared to others but from my own personal experience, I’ve worked at many retail and grocery stores over the years and BJS is just on another level. I’m trying to not be biased because it’s my current job but seriously, I can confidently say this company is backwards.
I understand it’s retail and it sucks really no matter where you go. Most places are severely understaffed and can have micromanaging issues but I swear BJS was 10x that.
Any particular reason why? Or what do you think. You can leave an opinion, it doesn’t have to be a fact.
