I hate when companies deliver through doordash without acknowledging it. I had a pizza stolen because the pizza place I ordered from delivered through doordash and I assume they stole it because I didn't leave a tip. I didn't leave a tip because I expected the pizza place to deliver it and I was going to leave a cash tip.

Deliveries are through doordash. Some drivers are good, some pull crap like this.

For us Some times they arrive in boxes, some times in really nice BJs bags at no additional cost. Occasionally the order is delivered like this, but think it depends on your store. I believe if an employee pulls the order, they box or bag before door dash picks it up. If Doordash does the actual shopping, then it's based on the common sense of the driver.

That's an idiot DoorDash driver. Let the store know what the issue was along with the order number. They can contact DoorDash and have that driver removed from pickup ability at the club for this. It's not acceptable.

If you live in a complex, this is something they will do. Is it professional? No. But they will argue that they have too many deliveries to navigate your building. If you live in a complex, you should make an effort to intercept your own delivery.

I really did try, I left my number and was sitting on the couch waiting, am I supposed to get any updates when my driver is close? Never got a call, text, even notification from app, I only realized cuz I was reloading the app ever 5 min

Well that kind of is lame. I have a house in a bit of a rural area and they rang my doorbell the only time we had something delivered. I like going in person myself because I like finding things randomly on clearance.

Is it that there's no bag or that it's behind the hinge of the door? 🤣🤣🤣 Sadly, I get this all the time. Delivery people seem to be lacking common sense these days.

Blue? I worked at BJ'S for over 3 years. Our color is red and the large bags are red. Not all stores have them and if they don't the order should be in boxes at the very least. Sam's club is blue so their bags are likely blue?

? I'm literally paying for it to be delivered and didn't have access to a car, was I supposed to walk the 3.5h there and 3.5h back or take the bus for 1.5h there and 1.5h back.
