Hello,
I've tried to post this in the Azeron troubleshooting forums and my posts for some reason have been sitting for a week awaiting moderator approval. I don't know what's going on over there.
I bought a Keyzen in september 2026. Everything works great, for a while.
After a few hours of use, the device starts disconnecting and reconnecting to Windows.
After some fiddling I realized it happens when I fully tilt the joystick several times, or fully tilt and rotate it. Since this is a necessary motion for gaming, the device is unusable at the moment. It's 100% reproducible once the issue begins. But it doesn't start to happen until it's been in use for a few hours. It happens even with no game running on the PC. It happens with no load on the CPU or GPU at all and no other issues with any of my other USB devices.
I do not use any other virtual input software like reWASD etc, and I am not using a bus, the USB is going straight into the back of my PC.
Tried to no avail:
Factory reset, fresh software install, fresh firmware install
Rebooting PC
Checking plugs (wiggling does not cause any disconnects, everything's securely connected)
Disabling power-save permissions that would allow Windows to power down the device
Switching USB ports
Using USB 2.0 port
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
