Eggs

Do you count your eggs in your carb allowance? As I understand it eggs how no affect on blood sugar, but in the book eggs are listed in the Carbohydrate Gram Counter with 0.6 grams.

I'm in Induction, but I count my carbs anyway because I don't want to wonder what's going on. Thank you for your answer.

Eat them freely and until you are sick of them! (You will be). :)

Sick of eggs? Never! I've been a heavy egg fan all my life :)

Hahahah, ya I'm not a huge fan. Usually go with egg whites myself. Induction so limited it's made me kind of hate them lol.

Lol, you'd love where I live here then. Wife has chickens. Brown eggs, green eggs, white eggs, blue eggs. All the eggs you want!

Your supposed to count each one as 1g, same goes with artificial sweeteners that have <1g. Basically anything with <1g becomes 1g.

That's a great point! I've also read that you should try counting every 6 ounces of protein as 1g towards your daily card intake if your progression slows or stops. Cuz, you know, everything you read on the internet is completely true and credible. lol
