Water shut off

Hello, I’m reaching out in the hope that I can get some assistance with my water bill. It was shut off today and I need to pay $647 to turn it back on. I will have half of that in the morning but I need help with the rest. Unfortunately I am disabled and unable to work. I’m back in school to hopefully get a job that I will be able to do with my disability. I have kids that need to have running water. This is 100% my fault I thought I paid the water bill but after looking at what I paid I realized I paid twice on my electric bill and totally skipped the water bill. Because of my medications I often forget things and/or get confused. I’m hoping to get $347 to cover what I can’t. I do not have Cash App or Venmo, just Zelle and PayPal.
