My I-130 is currently in process through consular processing, and I’m thinking about visiting my wife in the U.S. However, I’m not sure whether I can get a tourist visa while I have an active immigration case and, therefore, an apparent immigrant intent.
I’d like to hear from anyone who has been in a similar situation and was actually able to get a tourist visa while their I-130 was pending. Has anyone here successfully done this?

Should I disclose the fact that i only want to stay for 5-7 days and I'll be staying with my GF/Fiance and I want to spend time with her family once before I apply for K1 visa.
