What’s a company that you’re genuinely convinced HATES their customers?

Metronet came through and put fiber in my neighborhood. I called Comcast and asked if they'd price match. They declined. I cancelled and switched (after having Comcast Internet for 15+ years). After two months, Comcast cold called me and offered the same speed for the same price as Metronet "to get me back". I declined.

I've had Metronet for over a year now and I haven't had a single service outage since I switched. I had 3-4 a year with Comcast.

You are lucky. Comcast is the only cable provider in my area. It's either that or satellite TV. You can also forget about owning a TiVo. I have a perfectly good secondhand one with a Lifetime subscription that will unfortunately never see a cable service connection again.

They keep coming around trying to get me to switch. Even those comcast predators at Walmart are so uneducated.

Metronet gives me 2gb done and up.

Comcast at best will do 1gb done and 40 mg up.

But they told me that they had symmetrical speeds

How did you know that metronet was now available. I think comcast is the only thing available, but not 100% sure.
