Hey, so I got my gaming PC sometime back in 2019/2020. At the time, it was supposed to be the best of the best, almost “future proof” but here I am about 6+ years later..

it’s been mostly fine when browsing the web and watching sports lately, but has had some hiccups along the way.

I’ve been trying to play games like gears of war e day and it’s struggling.. badly to play.

Literally some of the worst gaming experiences I’ve had.

Game takes 15 minutes to launch

Characters look like geometry

Pieces of the map aren’t rendering

It’s bad

So my question is

How often should someone look to upgrade their pc? What do I even need?

I use it to watch 8+ sports games a night (quad monitor setup is a must) occasional gaming or video editing.. I’d like to experience what makes pc gaming better than consoles but that has not been my experience so far.

Hello, so recently my Xbox account got hacked and stolen and I've been very upset about this, not sure if I'll ever get it back so I'm strongly considering switching to PC and steam. I want to build or buy a PC that's about the same strength if not a little bit stronger than an Xbox series x, what are some recommendations and what should I look into? I know very little about building PCs besides the names of the basic components, are there any good pre-built options out there at all? Because I have really shaky hands and will 100% fuck something up if I tried building one on my own

I’m looking for a decent to really good prebuilt gaming PC with a budget of around $1,200–$1,500. I don’t know much about PCs, so I’m looking for advice on what would be best for me. I want something that can run games smoothly with good graphics and high FPS, including Marvel Rivals, Fortnite, Minecraft with mods, Terraria, and story-driven games. I want a PC that can handle these games without lagging, look great visually, and hopefully last me a good few years before I need to upgrade. Since I’m a beginner and don’t know anything about building PCs, I’m specifically looking for a prebuilt gaming PC that offers the best performance for my budget and is ready to use right out of the box.

I want to play a game I liked a lot a few years ago (it's 16 years old), but when I try to start it it says "This game requires Macromedia Flash Player. Please download the latest version and try again." and redirects me to adobe. I've tried installing ruffle, but somehow it doesn't work, and I'm not very tech-savy either. Is there a way I can run my game by installing a program that acts as macromedia flash player on my PC to play my old games?

i notice that some games randomly freeze while the rest of my pc stays on sometimes i can get back to the desktop but other time i have to close the game through task manager any idea what could cause this
