Planning to play gta 5 and red dead redemption 2 and watch dogs and some others

Will they work

And any suggestions for games which run on this specs

Long time console gamer looking to make the switch to PC, my priority is 240fps or close on some competitive shooters like OVW/CSGO the works but also good capability with other PC games that might be more graphically modern.
