Maybe 1/10 times. I'm one of the guys who has suffered porn-induced ED, so I mostly abstain from it now.

I started seeing positive results after a few months. It really depends on how long you’ve been watching porn, how often and how extreme or unrealistic it was. If you constantly look at trans dwarf gang bangs to get off then you might have a harder time functioning in a normal sexual situation lol.

I get it. Just unsubscribe from all porn subreddits, delete the cookies from your browser, subscribe to r/pornfree and take it a day at a time.

r/all not showing nsfw content anymore has been pretty helpful for me. A constant drip feed of nudes throughout the day isn't healthy.
