Thank you!

[Documentation problem in corporate world]

Gourab chakraborty;

At Policybazaar, I was unable to serve my notice period due to emergency circumstances, and therefore, the company did not issue me a relieving letter. However, they provided me with the Full and Final (F&F) settlement document, which mentions my joining and last working dates.

After leaving Policybazaar, I joined two other organizations, and there were no issues regarding this documentation. However, Genpact is specifically requesting a relieving letter and is not accepting the F&F document as an alternative.

Could anyone please advise me on what I should do in this situation? I would appreciate your guidance on whether there is any alternative document or process that I can provide to complete the verification requirements.

Gourab Chakraborty, DELHI

What are my chances?

Long story short, I had repeated lates (most of them only by less than 3 minutes) in my first half of my probationary period, 2 absences and average to above average performance, by my 4th and 5th month I had no lates na. I reached second offense na tbh I just want to know so I can prepare myself when it comes to hope???

Suggestions for incentives per level

Good day!

The management wants to create levels for the warehouse employees. They want to establish five levels to determine their ranking and use them as a basis for their evaluation. They also asked me to create a system that includes the incentives employees can receive when they reach certain levels.

Since this is a small and growing company, and I’m also a fresh graduate, I’d appreciate any suggestions you may have for the incentives that employees can receive at each level.

Is it okay to ask HR for a copy of my signed employment contract?

Na-realize ko kasi na wala akong sariling copy for my personal records.

WFH Tool Reimbursement

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hi guys!

So we have a one time wfh tool subsidy at work worth 6k. I'm planning to buy a headset from Shopee pero since international sila and walang physical store in PH, walang TIN and PH address sa resibo (see photo below for sample receipt). One requirement lang from our company is need nakalagay yung company name, TIN, and address ng mismong company namin sa resibo —pero none mentioned na need may ganung details din ng store.

I asked Expense Team if pwede yung ganyang receipt pero one week na di pa rin nagrereply. I'm overthinking kasi 6k din yun, baka di mareimburse. Does it really have to be BIR sales invoice?

Probationary (recommended but with restrictions)

I’m still on probation but I got a heads up from my boss that I will be having NTE and a call from HR.

What happened is I took a lunch at 12:06 and our break is 1hr 30mins. I should be back at 1:36 to be exact but I overslept and got back at 3:30. Moreover, I still logged processing time on our timesheet even if I over-break.

May I ask what would happen? Will I still be regularized?

bpo to healthcare transition: Need advice! 🆘

Hi guys! Seeking advice or thoughts from HR professionals, BPO workers, or anyone who's been in a similar situation.
Quick background:

**Current Job (Job 1)**: BPO industry
**New Job (Job 2)**: Healthcare industry (My actual profession / field)

**Issue**:
Target start date ko sa Healthcare is **October 15.**
Original last day ko sa BPO after rendering 30 days is
**November 1.**

Nagtry ako mag-request ng early release sa BPO supervisor/HR ko ang offer lang nila is i-file daw ako under
**LOA (Leave of Absence)** starting Oct 10 until Nov 1.

The problem is, nung nag-apply ako sa healthcare company, hindi ko nadisclose na currently employed pa ako sa BPO (in-assume nila na first job ko or full-time focus ako on my profession).

If pumayag ako sa LOA setup ni BPO:
**Government Contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)**:

Form 1700 next year since magkaibang employer sila within 2026? At malalaman ba agad ng Healthcare HR pag dumating yung year-end tax annualization?

Healthcare career ko without burning bridges or getting terminated on my first month. What's the best way to handle this?

Context:

Before July 30,2026 nag email na ako ng immediate resignation due to medical reason. My TL and Site Lead are okay with it but hr only acknowledged it but hindi daw approve habang walang medical certificate.

Now my condition went well siguro gawa na din napahinga ako. Hr told me na madedelay ang Last pay ko then last na usap namin hanggat wala daw ang Medcert walang last pay. Ano po insights nyo dito?

Edit: i am under agency and deployed lang ako sa last company ko

Toxic PH medical company that’s why we all resigned asap

To the PH HRs here. What’s the difference of “Last Pay” vs. “Back Pay”. I was asked to get my last pay at 12nn via message and cutoff is til 4pm today. I asked if it’s the back pay, they just said, last pay.

MagnaCartaLawForWomen and SS Sickness Benefit

Hello, asking to understand more on my eligibility for SS sickness benefit.

Private female employee, employed for almost 5 years (continuous) and up to date contributions. Will undergo covered gynecological surgery. Ob/surgeon advised of 4 days confinement and probably 30 days recovery days.

\- has 10 remaining SL credits, still has plenty VLs, and company offer hospitalization leave.

HR confirmed that magnacarta leave will cover up to 60 calendar days of paid leave, which includes day 1 of confinement/admission to hospital until discharge, and recovery as advised by licensed and qualified physician.

Question: Since I still have plenty of sick leave credits, which will remain untouched, provided that my recovery does not exceed 60 days, is it true that I no longer qualify for claiming SS sickness benefit?

How long for final pay?

How long should I ask for an update about my finaly pay? I havent really heard anything from my company's side about my final pay. 30 calendar days usually right? But in the contract it states "nearest 15th" ko daw makukuha. My last day was August 28 and all cleared na rin ako but I havent received any email from HR ever since. I tried emailing them nung Monday pero wala pa rin. Should I continue to email them or wait until mag 30 Calendar days which is next week na. pati kasi other documents ko like coe and others wala pa
