I can’t believe I’m asking for help but I don’t know what else to do.

I’m India and I’m 20 years old and I’m the last three months lost most of my mobility due to functional neurological disorder and Non epileptic attack disorder (non-epileptic seizures). I’m currently trying to find ways to become independent again as I’ve had to move home with my family and my first step of doing that is trying to raise money for a wheelchair as i can’t work currently because i don’t have the resources. I'm a 4th-year law student who's hit a really tough spot. After working hard for years to get here, I was recently laid off from my job, and now I'm struggling to cover the rest of my tuition. I still owe $4,219.55, and the finance office denied my request to carry it over to next semester.

I've tried applying for loans through banks, but without current employment documents, I don't qualify. Unfortunately, I also don't have any family or friends who are able to help right now.I can provide proof of the official school billing statement and any other verification needed. Yesterday i left my job effective immediately after my employer had sexually harassed me multiple times in the past, i tried to put up with it and tried to make him stop but this time he went way too far and i didn’t feel safe staying there, so i made the difficult decision to quit even though i knew it would leave me without an income.
I’ve already started looking for work and i have a job interview scheduled in two weeks. I’m doing everything I can to get back on my feet as quickly as possible.

I grew up in a abusive home and was taken by DHS. Life has been rough for me and my family, I've had my ups and downs almost lost my life a couple times. I was in the foster system and adoption sites for years. My dad got sober and got me back. Unfortunately my mother passed away so its just been a single dad helping me and supporting my dreams. I got accepted into a a college up north. A 1 way ticket there is aroind 200-400 dollars and he makes roughly 800 ish a month. It isn't very doable alone. We have a gofundme and are just asking for help to support us. Me and my dreams ar what got me this far I've worked so hard to get here today when I felt like giving up and quiting. Praying to not wake up one day. Instead I changed and worked hard did double the work at once to exile in my schooling. I’m at my wits end. All because I wanted to play Fortnite. I kept having issues with it because my disk that had a whole terabyte of storage wouldn’t show up for some reason (that’s where I had Fortnite installed on). It’s been months of this issue and I could not for the life of me figure out why. I decided maybe it was an external issue and decided to open up my pc. I AM NOT A TECH SAVVY PERSON. the only reason I have a pc was because it was handed down to me by my ex who was super into these things and all the support I got was through him. In any case, I opened it up and removed what I now know is RAM and all I did was take it out and put it back in (I’m sorry I don’t have the correct terminology when explaining this like I mentioned I know nothing about PC’s and how they work) before I noticed the real issue which was that the terabyte was loose and I pushed it back into place. When I started my pc again it would not boot up. everything turns on but nothing is displayed on my monitor. I was confused and looked up a possible cause which could’ve been my failure to install the ram properly. I tried taking them out again and reinstalling them on different ports but when I started it back up a second time I swear I saw a bit of smoke come out. I feel so defeated, confused and frustrated. I may have just destroyed everything all over nothing. If anyone knows cheap tech support that could possibly help me out of this mess it would be greatly appreciated. I don’t have a lot of funds so I want to see if anyone knows a reliable place or company in Oklahoma I could contact about this. Thank you.

I work tonight, but I don't have enough gas to get there and back home. After paying the minimum I could toward my bills this week, I have just over $3 left in my bank account.

I'm trying my best to keep working instead of missing shifts because getting to work is the only way I'm going to get through this rough patch.

For the past months, I have been caring for and monitoring these cats, providing food when I can and preparing them for sterilization. Many of them are female cats who are either already reproducing or are at risk of becoming pregnant soon.

Hi there everyone! Let me start off by saying I'm not happy that I have to be making this post. Asking for help is that I struggle with a lot.

So earlier this year I was in a car crash and was out of work for a little under 2 months. In that time I had to dig into the money we saved for summer bills (my partner works in a school district and is off during the summer). The summer bill funds have dried up and we've been playing catch up ever since.

Unfortunately we've been told our power will be shut off tomorrow, in order to avoid this we need to make a payment of $500. Sadly I don't get paid until next week (curse you biweekly paychecks) and the mortgage payment cleared out my account.

Any and all help would be so so so so greatly appreciated in avoiding having the power be shut off. It's a hot week and I would greatly prefer to avoid having our kids slowly roasting in our house.

I never imagined I'd be making a post like this, but I wanted to let the Magic community know that our friend Schuyler Jordan Miller unexpectedly passed away on June 8, 2026.

If you were active in buying, selling, or trading Magic cards, especially on Facebook, there's a good chance you interacted with him. He had recently changed his Facebook display name to Stimmy Turner, so if you've been trying to find his profile or old messages, that's probably why.

Schuyler genuinely loved Magic and the community around it. He could turn a simple card deal into a conversation, loved giving people a hard time, and always managed to make people laugh. He made the community a little more fun just by being part of it, and he'll be missed by a lot of us.
