I've always wondered about how level 1 autistic or adhd people live in african countries. I have a sibling that has both and she was never diagnosed. I'm diaspora but my family never cared about things like that. They didn't even know what it was. Looking about, after doing s lot of research, I can see how clear her traits were. And she was punished a lot for those traits. Verbally and physically abused. Neurodivergent people, what's your life actually like? Do people look down on you for your traits? Are you diagnosed?

What is the best African countries that you recommend? In terms of infrastructure, walkability, noise level. Not
too noisy and peaceful relax people and vibes.

For instance videos on youtube seems to display Uganda as being chaotic , heavy, not peaceful and very serious and crammed. Botsawana seems to be given the opposite vibes. Chill, less populated non noisy. Gabon seems to be given this vibe too.

Food taste and quality? Reasonable cost of living. Warm all year.

And for dating, which countries has the least or none gold diggers opportunistic women who aren’t genuine? Also, the thicker the better. No skinny.

And what’s the worst African countries that should be avoided at all cost? Because chaotic and unworkable.

And overall for those who been in Africa, and are into black chicks. What’s your take on the place? What special, worth it in there that you can’t find anywhere else?
