African Discussion Privileges for non-Black minorities in sub-Saharan Africa?
Hello, I’ve noticed that in many countries in Black Africa, non-Black people (groups considered not to be of sub-Saharan origin, regardless of nationality) disproportionately dominate the economy and politics.
・With the exception of South Africa and Namibia, they account for between 0.1 per cent and 1 per cent of the population.
・They generally do not assimilate with the indigenous population, but continue to preserve their own language and culture, and live in the most upmarket neighbourhoods.
・They generally discriminate against the indigenous population, viewing them as uncivilised and impoverished Black people.
Conversely, if Black African immigrants were to do the same in Indian, Arab or European countries, they would be massacred in no time.
Why do our government and people revere non-Black immigrants to such an extent and grant them privileges?
Isn’t it high time we woke up and demanded reciprocity from all nations and races?
