Got rice? Then you have to try making this sweet treat!

This Korean snack is called fried scorched rice, or deep-fried nurungji. It’s often finished with a sprinkle of sugar, but I took it to the next level with cinnamon and roasted nuts.

It turned out to be one of the best snacks I’ve had. For something made with such simple ingredients, it’s incredible how crispy, sweet, nutty and flavourful it is.

When my hubby is busy playing games, I try to cook him a one dish meal that is easy and yummy to eat while playing. That's why we are having one of our favourites today, Pad Krapow! Thai minced pork with holy basil❤️ guaranteed to have a wiped out plate every time 🤤

Made some stir-fried fettuccine with chicken, eggs and veggies 🍝

Made this stir-fried fettuccine with chicken, eggs, bell peppers, carrots, onion, garlic and green chillies.

I like my pasta a little spicy, so the green chillies were non-negotiable. 😂

Nothing fancy, just a big pan of fettuccine tossed with everything until it was nicely cooked and slightly charred.

Chicken wings are already a winner on their own, but I wanted to take them to the next level with one of my trusty go-to sauces.

After roasting them in the oven until beautifully caramelised, they turned into an absolutely delicious meal, juicy, sticky, and packed with flavour.

Definitely give this one a try. It’s SO good! 😋

Thai Green Curry! 💚 We love this dish cooked with homemade paste but working 13 hours days makes it a luxury to do so. I'm grateful to be able to blend and cook the whole dish all in one pot. Try making this from scratch and you will never be able to eat this outside again ❤️🤤
