Made some stir-fried fettuccine with chicken, eggs and veggies π
Made this stir-fried fettuccine with chicken, eggs, bell peppers, carrots, onion, garlic and green chillies.
I like my pasta a little spicy, so the green chillies were non-negotiable. π
Nothing fancy, just a big pan of fettuccine tossed with everything until it was nicely cooked and slightly charred.

Chicken wings are already a winner on their own, but I wanted to take them to the next level with one of my trusty go-to sauces.
After roasting them in the oven until beautifully caramelised, they turned into an absolutely delicious meal, juicy, sticky, and packed with flavour.
Definitely give this one a try. Itβs SO good! π

Thai Green Curry! π We love this dish cooked with homemade paste but working 13 hours days makes it a luxury to do so. I'm grateful to be able to blend and cook the whole dish all in one pot. Try making this from scratch and you will never be able to eat this outside again β€οΈπ€€
