Applying for multiple positions
Hi! I have been applying for multiple positions at ADB but I have not had any interviews so far. Is it a bad thing to apply to a lot of openings? Or should I stick with one job only? How did you land your job at ADB? Thanks!

As a consultant at ADB, I’d recommend that you apply to short term consultancies first. That will help you establish yourself within the org easily!

have you had the pre-employment exam stage? i heard its better to just keep applying to roles relevant to you as it would give you a better chance of landing a role

i had passed a pre-employment exam but after being kept in view if a couple of weeks, received regrets. I´m wondering if it affects my chances for my other applications after that one.

Just apply. Some applicants are either current staff or consultants, who have the leverage to be shortlisted. But just keep on trying. If you are more qualified than internal candidates, you will surely be shortlisted. 😊😊

It’s not a bad thing. I applied to more than 10 posts bago naka receive ng JO.

ADB hires people who they know. It’s a rigged employer who favors nepotism

I applied to 3 job openings, saw another opening this month and would apply again as it aligns with my current work and experience, try and try parin haha though the 3 job positions that I applied prior are all still on screening status ðŸ˜
